Moved into the City Point neighborhood recently (under a year) and so far, I’ve enjoyed the community, location and home. Melanie and Robert were informative, consistently communicative, and overall supportive in each step of the home buying journey…even through the first couple of months in my home. I can’t wait until the area is fully built out.

I just recently moved into this beautiful new community. The pool was a big factor for me and I am impressed with how well maintained it is. Melanie, the sales manager, was so sweet! She was very patient and responsive to all my questions and needs, making my first home purchase a very memorable one!

Purchasing a home this year, consider CB JENI. I purchased my town home with my realtor and Melanie. Melanie was really great at answering all my questions and getting me into a home. It’s new construction so it comes with some cons, like ongoing construction. Often the construction crews block the alley way despite signs being posted for them not to, and lots of trash left on your lawn from the crews. There are many pros as well, the quality of the home is really great. They take pride in the build and you get quality appliances, which is a plus.

Buying my first home was such a wonderful experience, and I have to say it was made even more special thanks to Melanie at CB and Jeni at City Point. Almost two years ago, they guided me through every step with incredible patience, expertise, and genuine care. Melanie’s knowledge and dedication gave me so much confidence throughout the process, while Jeni’s support at City Point made everything feel seamless and welcoming. I had a great experience working with CB Jeni homes’s sale person, Melanie. She was friendly and understanding. She was very helpful. I always get friendly vibes from her and undoubtedly I can say that she is one of the nicest person I know.

Do not buy anything from home depot that they outsource labor, tile, counter tops etc. Horrible experience. While they were helpful I was the one that had to keep calling home depot and stone systems. Stone systems was one whole day late on install with no communication. I initiated the communication. Then they not only didn't follow the measurements they cut the under mount sink hole off center. Home depot and stone systems point fingers at each other. Been over a month with no resolution. Getting closer to fixing it but will it be fixed after they replace it?
