I needed a new roof due to hail damage for the 2nd time in less than 5 years.
It just happened to be my 68th birthday and my truck just drove off to get repaired due to the hail. Mrs. Hummel, Ally, happened upon my front door asking if she could inspect my roof.
After the inspection, she gave me the results, which I was not expecting. She informed me of the damage. We discussed the options and decided to pursue a one and done solution. She returned a few days later with my options for a new coated metal roof. The options were in several colors, she suggested the color and I agreed.
Construction started quickly and was completed just as quickly. This was around Christmas, so I was very pleased with the timing.
Ally made sure everything was going according to plan by continuously checking on the progress.
I would HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Ally Hummel and Sulotions Construction for anybody needing a new roof.

Solutions Contracting came out and did emergency patching before rain hit and then completed all repairs efficiently and with quality work. This was hands down the most professional roofing experience I’ve ever had. They came highly recommended to me by a country club general manager, and they completely lived up to that recommendation.

Hunter and James came to my home and gave me a full walk-through of the entire process. They inspected my entire property and roof, explaining every detail in true layman’s terms. When we had damage from a major storm, Monisha Smith was wonderful to work with. She was patient and answered all our questions and helped us navigate the roofing process and issues with our insurance company. She communicated well throughout the process and let us know about anticipated costs and deadlines. Monisha was able to gain additional coverage for other structures (fence, etc.) that was not included in the original adjuster's assessment by advocating on our behalf. After our neighbor was not able to get insurance coverage to replace their roof (the company only wanted to do a partial repair), we connected them with Monisha. She and another inspector went the extra mile and were able to take additional photos and provide enough justification that our neighbors were able to get the whole roof covered through their insurance...Bottom line - Monisha will work for you and see that your project gets completed! I met with Jake and Monisha in 2023 after an overnight ceiling water leak due a major roof damage during the storm season. Jake was able to quickly put up an emergency patch for my roof the next day. As we process through the claim, we quickly found out that my home insurance had a track record of denying claim and avoiding paying full claim. The insurance would only communicate with us through phone call and mail letter. Jake and Monisha took turn calling them weekly. And when the insurance stop responding. They assisted me on taking it up to the Texas Department of Insurance and contact people that could help me. After a year of battling with the insurance, they finally paid for my roof, Jake and Monisha were there at every steps of the way.
Jake and Monisha were always professional, knowledgeable and patience. I never felt rushed or being pushed into making a quick decision or getting a product. I usually getting responses within hours and I'm very grateful to have them as this was my first time going through a big claim like this. The new roof is beautiful and 3 of my neighbors also got their roofs done with them. I would absolutely recommend Jake and Monisha.

My experience working with this company was extremely disappointing. Communication and professionalism were very poor throughout the project. I felt there was constant pressure to use very cheap materials and cut corners instead of focusing on doing quality work.

Several decisions made by their team created problems later on, and instead of taking responsibility, it felt like they were trying to shift the blame onto others. Situations like this make it very difficult to work professionally on a project.

The situation also became very uncomfortable when one of their employees made threatening comments toward me, which is completely unacceptable in any work environment.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering working with this company be very careful and make sure all agreements, responsibilities, and work details are clearly documented in writing, The owner is a manipulator.

dont bother trying to communicate with this company, let alone doing business with them. If you see a good review in here, id question it.

It is a 1950s house. Fast used CAD software to help remodel the floor space making it a lot more open and modern and add a new patio.   original plan was to rip out the floor and sat down polyurethane tongue and groove but Fast suggested to polish it and stain with a natural wood oil. I'm glad we were able to save original wood floor because it looks nice and doesn't off gas all those chemicals. They did all the insulation in the attic kitchen and bathroom exterior walls. they also pointed out and repaired attic beams .  They installed cabinets painted interior and exterior all walls ceiling siding, set the kitchen wall tile, installed new plumbing, installed a jacuzzi bathtub, kitchen and patio sinks, electrical wiring and irrigation for the garden. completed their work without delay and saved us a few thousand on the floor install.

I had used this company 2021 for a clinic's interior work.
I had to hire an attorney to get rid of this contractors. Very poor quality and untimely work. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with Fast General Contracting for the last 7 years in three projects to build , redesign and rehab my clinics. Not only they have come underbudget in all my projects but they have exceeded my expectations with the finish product. They are professionals and they always do what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend them!!!
