Amazing experience with Precision Construction and roofing. Worked with Curtis--an absolute professional in every aspect--who made the entire process a breeze. The quality of workmanship is absolutely outstanding--roof, copper trim and gutters--all completed on time, and the results are just beautiful. Their crews were prompt and cleaned up the site at the end of the day better than when they started! We had a complete tear off of a historic slate and copper roof. It was a massive job of more than 6 weeks. Being an historic home, everything had to be identical to the original 130 year old home. Angel and the incredible team made sure everything was done to the higest standards doing incredible work in areas that would never be seen. The team was very neat, respectful, meticulous, and the craftsmanship is amazing. This roof will last longer than the original. I want to thank Angel and the team for an amazing job. I would also like to thank Grant Olsen for working with me and the insurance to get this done. I am absolutely sure without his knowledge and perseverance we would have the old roof. We live in a historical district as our house was built in 1906. Severe thunderstorms struck on 4/12/22 and again on 5/22/24 with tornado force winds and heavy large hail.
Our home is 3 stories high with 4 chimneys. There were no roofers locally who were trained and qualified to replace a high clay tile roof. Complicated by having to comply with the Historic District commission. We enlisted the services of Precision Construction and tile roof repair located in North Richland Hills to replace the entire tile roof. There were delays for permits and for the tiles to be manufactured in Ohio. Mason Hunter was our point of contact and site manager. The project started 7/21/25 with the crew working daylight to dark 6 days a week until finally finished 8/27/25. The results were amazing. Mason Hunter answered all the questions and addressed all our concerns. The team was very professional with their approach and final cleanup. Which, thankfully, they did. The process of selecting and making the tiles took many more months, but I am happy to say that I have one of the most beautiful roofs in the area now.
In short, Matt Melrose is the type of professional everyone wants on their team—skilled, reliable, and genuine. I give him my highest recommendation and full confidence that he will exceed expectations in every job.

After sustaining significant slate roof damage from the May 16th tornado, Ed and Grant were absolutely outstanding. Ed and his team were on site quickly, thoroughly documenting all damage and helping us clearly understand our insurance policy, our rights, and the best path forward.

Their guidance was well worth the investment. Communication was clear, consistent, and effective throughout the entire process. Response times and turnaround were remarkable, and when any issues arose, they were corrected immediately without hesitation.

Ed and his team consistently went above and beyond for us as customers, ensuring the project was handled correctly and professionally from start to finish. An A+ job all around—I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with complex roof or insurance-related damage.

One of the most impeccable restorations of a 100 yr old Southern Grand Dame! Not only did they travelntonthe Carolinas for this project, but spent months of meticulous planning and installation on a level that rivals the original builders of the Biltmore House! The quality of work the refinement, the attention to detail to match what was previously installed 100 years ago. Yes, you read that correctly..... they are installing the first new roof on Stratford Towers since it was built in 1925 and lived in for more than 50 years by my late Mama Joanie. The new stewards of her former summer house is getting the best care humanly possible! Bravo team! I look forward to recommending you to more people and the neighbors are taking notice!!!

Precision Construction and Roofing just finished a total roof replacement on my 108-year-old home. I've had a lot of contractors over the 44 years I have lived in this home, but I've never had such a fabulous outcome. Matt and Ed headed up the project, and their crew was here every day (except Sunday) and they worked from sunrise to sunset, cleaning up every day before they left. I'm not sure how many clay tiles they put on my roof, but it was a huge number since my house is over 4700 square feet. When I was outside, my neighbors would walk by and stop to visit with me and rave about how awesome the roof looked. Precision Construction and Roofing is the best contractor I've ever worked with. I recommend anyone who is looking for roof replacement to make their first call to Precision Construction and Roofing!

Jake got our roof approved with Travelers and was very professional throughout the entire process. During the installation he stayed to make sure all the scrap and nails were picked up. We really appreciated his attention to detail and thankful he got everything taken care of for us.

Tony and his team did a great job identifying my damages, answering questions with my insurance and replacing my roof and gutters. They’ve also helped several of my family and friends in the Dallas and Ft. Worth area.
