Love the organization, professionalism and reliability of Borden Pools. I am most thankful for Jake, our pool technician, who is always looking out for our best interest and does a wonderful job keeping our pool running efficiently!

We've used Borden Pools for equipment maintenance for many years and recently added their weekly chemical service. We've always been very pleased with the timeliness and thoroughness of their service. The maintenance folks are very knowledgeable
about all types of pool equipment which has been especially helpful with our 20+ year old pool. I recommend them 100%.

Borden Pools built our pool several years ago. We love it! When we noticed our pump was running louder and the pressure was lower recently, we called Borden Pools to do a system checkup. Justin came out within a few days, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. It was a clog at one of the valves that Justin was able to unblock. While he was there, he also repaired a small leak around one of the pipe fittings. It took less than 1 hour total. Cost was very reasonable.

Borden Pools has been fantastic for us over the past couple of years. What makes them better than average is because of folks like Frankie! He has real pride in the way he cares for our pool. Frankie takes care of our pool like he would take care of his own pool. I hope we never lose him as our pool guy!!

Borden Pools was recommended by my neighbor after going through a bad experience with a local service. When they started, the technician introduced himself to me. Going pretty well. Then this last freeze happened and I received a freeze warning from Kelly and offering a freeze maintenance service. I happily accepted. (Last freeze, the last service I used didn't even tell us what to do. We bought pipe insulation. Wrapped up all the pipes. Covered all the equipment and ran the pumps the whole time). Justin reached out to me and my partner to coordinate the service. He told me what the process was and what would happen once the freeze was over. We didn't have to do anything! Then the pump controller needed to be updated because I had upgraded wifi services. Again, Justin to the rescue. Not only did he get the app working on my phone again but also told me about the automatic freeze protection setting.
I write this 5 star review because in the 8 years I have had someone service my pool, Borden's service has been outstanding and exceptional so far. Kelly is a pleasure to communicate with. The technicians know what their doing and are up to date with the latest equipment updates. I can rest assure that when I need something with my pool that I will have a trust worthy, exceptional company to work with. Thank you and please keep up the good work!

Have been using Borden Pools since we bought the house 6 years ago and they have always provided quality and friendly staff. They have helped us with old equipment, winterizing and the whole works. Frankie (current pool tech) always has a smile on his face and explains what it is that he is doing and what to watch out for in the next week.

We’ve had Jake with Borden taking care of our pool this summer and I would highly recommend him! He takes pride in making sure our pool is always looking great and if we ever reach out to him about an issue, he’s so quick to take care of it. Very pleased with our service and experience with Jake and Borden.

Awesome experience. I called Borden Pools because I needed help changing out the grids in my pool filter. Even though asking for same-day service is a bit unreasonable (especially in the summer) they were able to get someone out within 2 hours.

Mike (the service guy) was professional, nice, knowledgeable and did a great job. On top of doing the job well he also provided valuable advice that will be helpful in the future.

Borden pools has been servicing our pool for more than a year. Jake is always on schedule. He texts before service which is so helpful to bring our dogs in. He is great about communicating extra charges etc. I would highly recommend them To anyone looking for service

I think its safe to say they dont know the first thing about servicing a pool. Ive been brushing algae out of my pool for months. Ive addressed many issues with our pool guy over the past year and a half to no avail. I highly recommend any company but this one.

Borden Pools exemplifies Customer Service in a time where customers are seen as a commodity, revenue and/or interruption. I neglected to add DE filter powder causing filter damage and pressure rise in my pool system. Not one, but three separate Borden Pools employees personally contacted me and with empathy and expert counsel resolved my issue the same day....during their busiest season! Borden Pools have taken great care of my pool for 5 years. They are hear weekly for cleaning and chemicals. If there is a problem, they are quick to respond. Frankie has been especially helpful. He takes great care of the pool and gives great advice and explanations.

Frankie Carson has been servicing our pool for over 5 years. When he left in April to join Borden Pools, we tried staying with the previous pool company. Within a month, we started noticing the pool was getting cloudy and getting green with algae by the 3rd month., and the filter pressures were extremely high.
At that point we fired the previous pool company and went with Borden Pool and back with Frankie. He pointed out how dirty the filters were and cleaned them out completely (see photos) Immediately within days the pool was back to being crystal clear.
Frankie is exceptional at servicing all aspects of the pool maintenance. He is very pleasant, prompt, professional, and knowledgable.
I would highly recommend Frankie and Borden pools to anyone and everyone.

Toby Duncan, Precision, is a solid choice to rely on for your specialty roofing repair/replacement. From my “public adjuster” viewpoint, Toby has proven his extensive knowledge of Ludiwici Tile roofing, Slate roofing, and Copper roofing. He knows the product materials, their components, and their installation. I put his knowledge up against anyone in the specialty roofing industry.
