Jeremy and his team are INCREDIBLE. Insurance left us high and dry (I guess wet) when our house flooded and Jeremy came and saved us. He has handled all of the rebuild, got us a great adjuster, and has made this process as easy as possible. I can’t thank them enough and our house is so much better than it was before. We are really grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a pipe break overnight on a weekend and in less than an hour of discovering it Jeremy was at our house! He was extremely compassionate and reassuring at a time when we feared the worst. He spent hours setting up equipment, answering our questions about water damage, insurance claims and processes and walked us through next steps until we felt better and had a roadmap for how to prevent additional damage and long term - restore our home. We are about to start rebuilding and I can confidently say after working with New Armor for months and referring them to additional close friends that also have had amazing experiences, I trust Jeremy and his team completely and would never call anyone else. I am beyond grateful that a close friend who is a general contractor recommended New Armor to us in our time of need (and told us not to call or use anyone else). New Armour Restoration were great to work with for our home repair needs. They were responsive, easily worked with our budget. The team that came out to do the work were professional, courteous, and patient with all my questions about the process. They were also respectful of my property and cleaned up the work area. The flood restoration crew was amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They assessed the situation and gave me an honest estimate. They quickly got the water out of my carpeted rooms and dried all the floors. You would never know that I had a flood. They were respectful of my home and belongings and my puppies. They exceeded my expectations, and I would use them again. Even Ramsey (my puppy) agrees.

You could not pick a better company to love on your family and home when you have water or fire restoration needs. We did a house makeover for a veteran for a tv show (called Military Makeover) and they used their skills of contracting to help us pull off a very well done and thoughtful makeover for this veteran and his family. I am the designer on the show and in real life and have worked with many contractors and i would hire this team to work on my personal home that’s how amazing they are! Finding companies who truly care and are great at what they do is hard nowadays and with Armor you have found both! Did I mention they are owned by two veterans as well! A million thumbs up from this designer with high standards! ♥️♥️♥️

My experience started positively. The team was initially responsive and performed the water damage mitigation effectively. Unfortunately, communication broke down. After a week of unreturned calls, they informed me they would not be completing the restoration, leaving me to find another contractor mid-project. This caused significant inconvenience. They offered to email a recommendation for another company but failed to follow through; I only received an invoice and then heard nothing more.

We hired New Armor to mitigate and repair significant water damage to our home. They were super helpful, professional and operated with a sense of urgency. They were extremely helpful coordinating with insurance as well. This is a full service water mitigation and reconstruction company - one call and they can handle the job from beginning to end. Even when there were issues during the process they always listened and responded to our concerns in a timely fashion and made it right. Our home is back to like the damage never occurred! Highly recommend!

Jeremy and his team at New Armour recently remodeled a bathroom for our growing boys. They were fantastic to work with from the initial meeting to the finishing touches. They listened to our ideas, and with their expertise they were able to build our dream bathroom and did it under our budget. New Armour has a fantastic team of experts that collaborate and made our vision a reality. I cannot recommend them enough. Honest people and good communication are hard to come by these days. Incredible service. Assessing the damage, drying out the space, and completing the repairs happened incredibly fast (3/4 days). The affected room was restored and the work area in the home (and attic) were a lot cleaner than we left it.

What a difference Jeremy and Juan and their team have made. After extensive flood damage, they took care of us. From water removal, clean up, total restoration. We have a brand new kitchen, laundry room and dining room.

New Armor Restoration saved us during a horrible time in our lives. I called them at 3:45 in the morning and the owner himself picked up the phone when he heard the panic in my voice.
Our entire bottom floor flooded and we needed help. They were there within 1 hour, introducing themselves and getting to work. Not only were they quickly working to rectify the problem, they were continually putting me at ease.
It’s hard having strangers in your home, but the professionalism of all these guys (special shout out to Juan!), made the whole experience so much easier.
