Jeremy from New Armor really helped my anxiety when a plumbing mishap toilet flooded and filled my downstairs with water. They were patient, accommodating and comforting in such a high drama situation. Highly recommend.

Walking into a house that is flooded can be scary. A friend recommended that I call New Armor for help and I’m glad I did. They reassured me that it wasn’t as bad as I thought and could have been worse. They were able to efficiently guide me through the process of restoring my floors. I am very happy with the services that they provided. I would happily use them again, although, I pray that I never have to.

Had water damage from a hot water heater, they came and cleaned it up. It looks better than new. Juan explained what they were going to do and delivered with great customer service. Highly recommend.

I have a very old house with pier and beam flooring, the toilet was not braced properly and due to a leak in the water line, the floor was beginning to rot and the toilet was sinking and the tiles were lifting. Jeremy and Angela came in with their crew and got all the yuck out and put in the new toilet, fixed the flooring and got the water leak fixed, which did require getting to the pipe from the next room. They got it all cleaned up and repaired in less than 2 days. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for upgrading my tub into a shower !!!!!! Thank you New Armor for the great job !

Jeremy Berg is awesome. He came out fast and was much more helpful than a prior water mitigation company that rushed through my house the day of the flooding in August 2022 and left quickly. They seemed like they were off hunting bigger fish. Jeremy took time to understand my situation and has been taking good care of me. Now we are at the insurance phase with the flood insurance company, USAA.

This place is insanely great to work with. Jeremy is calm, attentive, and easy to work with. They do a good job, are thorough, and timely. Their communication style is honest, and overall can tell they are good people. This place isn’t just a business. I also really like getting to support veterans. One of the best things about this GC is that they are familiar with water mitigation, and working with insurance. Insurance has been a major headache but Jeremy knows how to navigate that. My only regret is not trusting them sooner. They seemed too good to be true at first so I was cautious, but the truth is they really are that good and trustworthy!

I had a wonderful experience with the flood restoration company I hired. They were fast, polite, and very knowledgeable. I am happy that we got to them within a few hours of the flood, so the damage was not that bad, and they did not try to milk the insurance company. They extracted the water quickly and dried the floors. This process was easier, faster, and cheaper than I expected, and I appreciate that they didn’t try to take advantage of us in a crisis. I recommend them.

When I realized I had water damage and needed a professional service, Jeremy and his team showed up after hours and got started. Jeremy worked with our insurance company and kept me abreast on all the progress of the water mitigation process as well as the rebuilding. The completed product, from floors to walls was excellent.
