Contacted this company in early July to get a fence put up . I let him know it was very important to protect me and my children from a dangerous ex . I feel he took advantage of me and my situation . I paid them over 2400 . The work was never finished amd what was done is shoddy at best . They would text and say they are coming and never show up. Finally I sent a text basically begging for them to come fix and finish it or please give money back so that I could get someone else. They finally respond telling me they are doing nothing for 2 weeks because of a sick relative and there are more important things in life than a fence, lady !. Which I do totally get .. but to leave work undone and to keep the money and not even tell me anything until I beg .. then to give me attitude is outrageous. They also to this day have not communicated with me or returned any of my money.

Excellent team to work with. Completed our back patio and landscaping ahead of schedule. Everything looks amazing and was beyond our expectations.
Thank you guys for transforming our outdoor living space into something we will be able to enjoy for years to come.
UPDATE::::So much for years to come. Major water leaks come through the patio every time it rains. ceiling is falling down. They won’t return my calls and attempts to have them come and make repairs. I was told by them that they were giving me a one year warranty. They may have went out of business but I spoke to Zach not long ago who told me that they were on a small break and would come by in a few weeks. My wife and I are extremely disappointed and looks like I need to fix the situation by myself.
Stay away from this company.

The Servpro team of Sean Killingsworth & Chance Massengale did a great job in the mitigation of the flooding in our house due to faucet leak. They were detailed and knew exactly what to do. They were very professional and courteous and thorough with their work. They are a very commendable team.

Joseph Kowalski and his team did a great job on our home. Carlos and his crew completed the work on time.

ServPro Team Shaw came to our house after a discharge of soot throughout our home. They were very responsive on the front end and thorough throughout the process of putting our home back together. Special thanks to Joe, James and Kent on the front end of walking us through the process and Anthony during the cleaning phase. This group is outstanding in the midst of chaos. Be it commercial or residential they have the ability to provide most services completely in house without having to utilize third parties to get the job done.

Our whole experience with Servpro has been great and without incident. We have had SERVPRO in our house from the July 2017 time period until they returned all of our household goods to our home in Nov 2017. This whole issue was a result of extreme water damage to three levels of our home. The Servpro water mitigation team came in with air blowers to try to dry the water from the three different levels in our home. The demolition personnel arrived to remove the drywall and put up plastic on the ceiling to maintain some separation between the attic and the home. Once they were finished with the ceiling they moved everything to the outside and cleaned up the area where they tore down the wet drywall. The Personnel removed the padding from the carpet and from the stairs and cleaned the area behind themselves. They installed several machines here to dry the floors and the walls. They came back to the house several times to check and make sure that the machines were doing what they were supposed to do.

The Servpro crew came in and packed up our entire first floor of our home. Everything appeared to be cataloged and entered into the their hand held computers. They set aside some of the items that we needed to have left in the home and took everything else and packed it for storage. Upon the completion of the floors, the Servpro Personnel returned to our home with our furniture. The furniture was unpacked and returned to the area that it was designated to be returned. The personnel wiped everything down and returned everything to our home to the area that they picked it up from (35) or (40) days earlier.

Rebecca and her team-David, Robert and all the crew were absolutely fantastic to work with during such a traumatic time after the October 20th DALLAS tornado. Rebecca is the ultimate professional. She is thorough, knowledgeable and an expert. We commend Servpro for having an exceptional team!

During one the most difficult times of our lives, ServPro showed up and help us navigate through the wreckage the tornado created to our brand new home in Preston Hollow.
