A truly amazing experience. My home was extensively damaged and Servpro met me that day at the house with an estimate and timeframe. They were very polite and understanding of what it means to have one's home wrecked beyond the ability to live in. They were diligent in their work, gave me frequent updates, worked with me in saving what could be saved and left me a house that I can call a home again

10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a home cleaned after any disaster, man-made or act of the gods. My highest recommendation

From the start with Jeremy and Garrett who came out after the storm to Mary the sweet lady who I spoke with many a times on the phone and patiently listened to my frustrations this is an A+ team. They completed what they said they would do and fixed 2 any potholes in the road. I gladly recommended Servpro to my family, friends and co-workers.

Patrick was great! He was very respectful, professional, and courteous. He and the team made my water damage debacle as pleasant as a situation like this could be. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Patrick!!!

Rebecca and the crew that worked with Jose are amazing. Understanding and quick. Jose made sure to inform of us what is going on. They all knew what they where doing and educated us as they went through the process. They were all very understanding on a personal level what was going on. I would absolutely recommend them.

ServPro NRH saved the day!
We had a pipe burst and leak water into our newly purchased home. The first restoration company I called made me feel like my only option was to tear everything out, which would cost approximately $8,000. I immediately called Servpro NRH after reading other reviews. Jeremy came out, was extremely honest about the situation, gave me options, and had a team at the house within 20 minutes to begin drying out the floors. Arthur and Patrick ROCKED setting everything up and ensuring the process would save the flooring if possible. Not only were they good at their jobs, they were friendly, polite, and courteous--things lacking in today's customer service industry. Hands down, I will absolutely speak praises for ServPro NRH, especially in regards to Arthur and Patrick and Jeremy.

Patrick, Rebecca, Jeremy, and Dustin were amazing, especially Patrick who did all of the onsite work. We had a kitchen drain pipe break in half and they were prompt and thorough in their work. More importantly though, they understood the emotional stress this situation put on my family (we have a newborn) and I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me through this crisis. Thank you!!!!

We had our sump pump fail and had several inches of water in our basement. ServPro came out several hours later than we were told they'd be there. We understood that because of all the rain we'd been getting. However, the person who showed up did not explain ANYTHING and just shoved forms at us saying to sign or they couldn't get started. No estimate was provided to us NOTHING. He got started and sucked up a little bit of water (most of it we had already sucked up ourselves with ShopVacs) and brought in the blowers. He came back the next day and said it they would need to be in the house to check things out daily. We told them we could not be here everyday for them to check and gave them our garage code with the understanding that they call EVERYDAY to let us know when they would be in the house. We NEVER received a phone call from them as to when they would be there. We had to call them to get updates. Then we come home one day all the baseboards are ripped off even baseboards that were NOT affected by the water and the carpet pad was gone. Again NO communication from them about any of this.

Then when we called to get an update they stated they would be pulling the blowers out the next day. Came home to find trash left all over the basement, nothing put back where it was, cords to the TV were all unplugged from the TV and just thrown on the entertainment center.

A week after they had left we get an email asking us to rate them. I emailed back and refused to fill out anything because according to their paperwork a manager was supposed to do a walk through to make sure everything was completed as expected. Finally Dustin called and said he could come out but instead of him coming out to make things right by us he brought and invoice and wanted payment that day. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.

While Dustin was there we confronted them about the lack of communication to which he stated "we called and left you a message". We confronted them about this and even told them we'd be happy to pull our phone records to show there was NEVER a call or message left during the time frame they were claiming ! They quickly declined the offer. They knew they were lying!

It's already frustrating and stressful enough going through the water in your basement with a 9 year old who doesn't understand why he can't sleep in his bed due to the damage only to be treated with absolute disrespect by this company! We will NEVER use them again and we would definitely not recommend them. Absolutely unprofessional and do not abide by their own contracts and forms.

Everyone was kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. They were quick to respond to my mother-in-law’s call for help. The devotion of this company and its employees helped her to feel comfortable and assured that she had the right company for the job.

Garrett and Rene were awesome! I was given an estimated arrival time and they came right on time. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and honest. Garrett explained everything that they would be doing. Everything was a mess. I kept apologizing to them. It had been a very stressful day! Rene assured us that it was okay! ServPro is very blessed to have Garrett and Rene represent them! I hope we won't need these services again, but if we do we will for sure be calling ServPro! :)

The ServPro team led by Jeremy responded quickly and professionally to check extent of wet dry wall from water leak in unit above me and begin drying. Equipment that stopped working on day 1 was fixed as quickly as possible after I discovered it. Three days later Patrick arrived as scheduled to confirm drying complete and removed fans and dehumidifiers. Great service!

I had my air ducts cleaned. They were so nasty, and the guys Justyn and Brandon did such a good job getting rid of all that mess. If I had one critique would be to double check the vents before they leave, making sure they are open and placed back in the correct position. But honestly, I'm super pleased with their work. The company service rep initially didnt save my appointment so I was missed. I called the company. The owner called me back and personally made the appointment and gave me 10% off. That is taking responsibility and great customer service. No one is perfect. It's all about how you comeback from mistakes made. I highly recommend this company overall.

Kent A. and team were so helpful and kind in the midst of our chaotic and inconvenient plumbing debacle. He kept us informed of the water extraction and drying process and the pictures and videos helped so much to understand what we were dealing with under the house. His teammate was great, too! He went under our house and showed us where we still had moisture. Very professional and personable team!

A dishwasher malfunction that destroyed our carpets and hardwood floors necessitated a move to temporary housing. The insurance company sent us to Servpro to pack, store and return our furniture. Kudos to the company for sending us their best team. Sergio, Diego, Derek and Maria treated us and and our belongings like they were packing for family. They took pictures before the move so they could put ev
erything back in place. We were out of our home for three weeks and by the time the Servpro team finished, we were home in every sense of the word. Thank you Servpro team.

Our commercial building (bank) recently flooded and the ServPro team was fantastic! They were on time, professional and communicated with me every step along the way! Rickey, Sean, and Reed were all fantastic! Highly recommend this company!

Servpro did an amazing job. They showed up same night of the sewer flooding in our home. Zach, Ricardo, and Adrian worked diligently to get everything cleaned and sanitized. Zach kept us notified of every step and explained in detail of the process. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and was punctual.
