Hands down the most reliable, professional, trustworthy and transparent HVAC company around. Marisa with customer service is phenomenal and Orlando who oversaw the job was fantastic. Great people and work product. I will be using them exclusively going forward.

I had a great customer experience with Orlando. He installed my new Ecobee Smart thermostat, which we are absolutely loving. He also jelled with the family well. We would definitely use their services in the future.

Five stars for Mr. Orlando he was on time, diagnosed the problem in mins, came and went over my options, once we agreed on what’s best he went to work and knocked it out in less than an hour. I was already discussing what hotel for tonight and he had it done before we could pick one. Please see that Orlando gets an at-a-boy from this customer!!!

The effectiveness of services provided by a business is measured by (1) Customer retention (2) If a business is being referred further by the current customer. Mr. Orlando's Honest Abe Comfort Solutions will get a checkmark from me on both counts. Three reasons: (1) Ease of scheduling the service (2) Full disclosure of pricing before getting started (3) Providing the "real" picture, no push tactics for buying or using the services. In addition, Mr. Orlando was very respectul of my environment and came with adequate personal protective equipment (face mask, gloves) which was important from my point of view, for someone to have when they are visiting my house. For sure, I will reuse Honest Abe Comfort Solution in future and also refer to my friends and family.

When our A/C wasn’t working correctly, Orlando came out immediately. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Even though our warranty for labor costs had expired, he honored it anyway. Professional, friendly and fast service - a great customer experience!

Every time this company comes out to service my a/c units I am more and more pleased. They check the units, flush all drains, change my air filters if needed and review all the technical data with me. They show pictures of all of the readings, explain them in detail to me and let me know if anything should be done and why. No pressure at all to perform services they simply tell you what the worst and best case scenarios are and let you decide. They are always on time and they text me to let me know exaclty when the technician is on their way. Living in Texas I cannot afford to have any of the capacitors go out in July which until they started servicing my units happened almost every year at least one unit (I have 3). They replace the capacitors with ones made in the USA NOT China and they give a 5 year warranty on them. I have a home warranty, but every time they would replace my capacitor it would last a year maybe 2 if I was lucky. There prices are extremely reasonable and I get 10% off any services since with my annual service contract. It has taken 20 years and numerous (too many to count) of different A/C companies failing to do their job correctly before I found Honest Abe. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. The BEST in the business for sure.

Today I called Honest Abes and within 30 minutes someone was at my house working on my ac unit. The guys were professional, helpful and very quick and determining what the issue was. Most of all was the great price they give me . I will highly recommend that you use them for any of your services

I had the misfortune to have my AC and furnace go and it’s hot out— Had a lot to choose from, but picked Honest Abe Comfort Solutions—-I worked customer service for a living, and I was beyond impressed with the service. Informative -reasonably priced-prompt -above and beyond-they ran into some things that weren’t part of their job and they took care of that for me also-caring and kind-You can’t go wrong with this company!!!

Had a unit go out. Refrigerant was low unit was 21 years old so time to replace. Called two places for quotes. Honest Abe was the best price. Plus it was straightforward, with no attempted “add ons”. Quoted on Saturday and replaced Ion Monday. All the guys were prompt and professional. Would hire again!

Truly an amazing company! Not only is the price highly competitive but the customer service is the best in the business. They explained everything in great detail about what kind of AC upgrade we needed and how we can benefit the most from the new system.
