Outstanding service from start to finish! Jason and Marissa were incredibly helpful with scheduling my drain line service. Then, Phillip was fantastic – super professional and incredibly thorough. He even took the extra step to check my outdoor unit, which I really appreciated. On top of that, Phillip provided excellent tips I can handle on my own to keep up with maintenance. Highly recommend this team!

I heard about Honest Abe through a friend who said they were reasonably priced and did a great job, one of the best decisions I've made going off of their recommendation. They were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive from the initial quote to the follow up phone call to the front office after instillation of my new AC unit. I highly recommended Honest Abe to anyone looking for any type of AC work. I went with them for a whole new unit, and I feel comfortable that my system was installed professionally, it will last and that Honest Abe will be there if need be. a Great experience all around!

I had them come out to do an annual maintenance when I had a weak unit. They maintained both units and confirmed that the weak unit was substantially low on refrigerant. They gave me a good deal on the maintenance and the refrigerant top off as well as expectations for potential future repairs/replacement. They're my new go-to for needs.

This isn't the first time using Honest Abe Comfort Solutions. No one really wants to replace their ac unit. That being said this is the company you want to use! They arrived on time and replaced out the old unit with a new one (American Standard) and did some duct n vent work as well as installed a thermostat. They did a great job! Our home is nice n cold!! Won't use anyone esle but this company!! Excellent service!! Thank You Honest Abe Comfort Solutions for taking care of the needs of my family when it comes to keeping our home nice and cold!

We first used Honest Abe several years ago when they installed our new A/C unit, and we were so pleased with their work then. Since that time, they’ve come back out for service calls and every time have done a fabulous job.

Most recently, we had a contractor doing an addition on our house, and unfortunately their A/C person didn’t do the work correctly. We called Honest Abe, and once again they impressed us. They came out promptly, assessed the situation, explained clearly what needed to be fixed, and gave us a fair quote. The work was done perfectly.

The team is always respectful, professional, and leaves everything clean. Orlando, the owner, truly lives up to the company’s name—he is very honest and trustworthy. I’d give them more than five stars if I could!

Update...Oct 15, 2025...to my surprise the Owners offered to install my new Learning Thermostat 14-days after the Installation was completed. Met Philip today and saw Charles again. My attic ladder had to be completely removed and they recommend I go buy a newer one so they will install instead of the original (23yr old) one. Crew told me the size to get. Many other actions were conducted to help improve my Home as they were doing the work already so why not get newer ones for the Crew to install instead of existing old items.

Honest Abe has been amazing. Phillip was so helpful, explained the issues and gave me the options to keep my old system running until I can look at a new system.
