We had our vents cleaned after a few years. There was a lot of build up in the vents and they did remove the debris. The problem was that nothing was put down over the furniture and the dust/mold particles got over everything. I contacted the company to see if they would provide a cleaning service given they didn't take the necessary precautions, but never heard back. Disappointed in that there was no follow up and that proper preparation was not taken.

Samuel was on time, fast, and fixed my furnace within 24 hrs. I had Tuffpaw air come to perform a routine maintenance where we found out one of the two heat packs were bad and no longer working. Samuel got the part and was back within 24 hrs to install. Problem solved!!!! My heat has never been this warm since I’ve bought my home a year ago . Would HIGHLY recommend Samuel and Tuffpaw air.
