Samual is the best!! In an industry that makes it difficult to trust people, and I can tell you horror stories, Samuel is not only very knowledgeable, he is honest. Fixed a problem with my ducting that had been there since the installation in 2006!! They will make you a customer for live too!!

I have them on speed dial for all my air/heating needs.

The guy that answers the phone, I’m assuming dispatch is so nice and helpful. The technician that was working this past weekend was the same way. Abdul was our technician and again he was the same way. First American sent them and I was so pleased. This company is professional, courteous and so helpful even when the temperature outside was 100+ and I know they were busy. I highly recommend them!!

Patrick and the others were great, especially with advocating for us as homeowners with the home warranty company. They were very timely and explained the nature of what was going on with our air conditioner unit and kept us updated with the status of our parts.

I absolutely recommend this company. The tech that came out to assist me with my heating issue was so informative and taught me a lot about my heating system. Abdule is very professional and very knowledgeable but also not tight lipped about sharing the knowledge with clients to help them preserve their A/C and Heating Systems. You can truly tell he has great character and integrity. He even sold me on the idea of using Tuff Paw for biannual maintenance for my system. I am very impressed with this company and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

This company is amazing! I called and had a technician at my house within 24 hours and I couldn’t be more happy with the service. They were professional and we’re very clear on all the pricing and options that I had for my AC unit I would highly recommend using them!

My tech, Trace, was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and debriefed me to what was going on. He will send the diagnosed pictures to my warranty company for approval. Great service. They arrived on time, were courteous throughout the visit, and clearly explained the work being done. Their knowledge and expertise gave me complete confidence that my system was in the best hands. Not only did they complete the maintenance thoroughly, but they also offered helpful tips to keep things running smoothly in the future.

It’s not often you come across a team that’s both technically skilled and genuinely customer-focused. Jonah and Samuel are true assets to Tuff Paw Air, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable HVAC maintenance.

Had an issue come up Saturday night and our A/C went out. Got ahold of Tuff Paw and they were able to make it out on Sunday and help us out! They were able to locate the problem and fix the issue in a short amount of time, and got us back up and running!

My AC quit working and I couldn't find anyone to help me until I called TuffPaw Air! They were super friendly and had a technician out the next morning! He was able to quickly fix my AC and get my house cooled down. They also love dogs which is incorporated into their name. It's a great local company with excellent customer service. Trace came out to make sure our AC unit was working as it should since we started to hear a noise we hadn’t heard before. He was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and even taught me not only about my unit, but how to care for a unit as old as it is. He checked all main components of the inside unit and even went outside to ensure the outside unit was functioning as it should. Highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to have Trace as your technician, know you are in good hands!

Fantastic service! Our home warranty assigned this company to our claim, thank goodness!! Both technicians that were sent to our home were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They worked with our home warranty company to resolve our issue. Very thankful for the excellent service.

The tech did not have the parts on his truck to fix our AC. He left saying he had another call but would do his best to get the parts and return that afternoon or the next day. Soon afterwards, Patrick called and said he was having his tech meet another tech to get the parts and he was sending him right back to fix it. That's top notch customer service! We had been without AC for 4 days and they were so responsive to our need.
