Tuff Paw Air employes are very profesional. They arríved on time for my service call. Very respectful and kind employes, we talked about the issues that my furnace was having . So they quickly got to work on it, and found the problem and fixed my furnace in less then 25 min. When they were done they showed me pictures of the problem and explained me what they did to fix it.
Over all i truly highly recommend TuffPaw Air . Im very satisfied for their perfect quality work.

These guys are great. They replaced a control panel in our unit and even replaced our thermostat right before this winter storm. For transparency, we had a new thermostat unopened but never installed it. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you Tuff Paw.

Sales people visit houses with “no soliciting” signs multiple times in one day. We had at least 5 visits the other day, 4 of them from the same two young ladies and one from a nice lady who lightly knocked, left a flier, and didn’t come back. All the same company. One of the two young ladies was very aggressive after I told her we were not interested, kept asking “your ac is on this side right?” I had to tell her at least 3x to leave it alone and we are not interested. When we have ac issues (it is Texas) I will go anywhere but here.

I’ve not used The Chill Brothers but they sure don’t mind sending people to your front door at 8 PM on a Friday night to solicit their business. If I want your services, I will call you!!!

The Chill bros came to me when I really needed a new ac system. I been needing one for a minute, I even bought the old refrigerant last year. When I couldn’t afford the flagship model they carried, they hooked it up and found me the perfect system in my price range. The install took no time at all. The two guys built the whole unit on my attic. Very respectful team from sales to accounting. Definitely worth it. They are a veteran owned business as well. Shout out to Luis. He’s a real one. None of this would have been possible without him.

Chill brothers were very professional and had the whole hvac system installed within 4 hrs. Took the old hvac and cleaned the area of all debris. Very pleased.
