Hands down the most knowledgeable service man I have ever met Jessie came out fixed my unit repaired wiring and did not charge me more than 50.00. when two other companies could not fix my unit without charging over 800.00

Jesse was very fast getting to my home to help me with my A/C issues.
He fixed everything and got me up running for a fraction of the price that Airco Air Conditioning had quoted me. NO pressure up selling or wasted/excessive proceedures. They have my business from now on.

We have been using Harmony (Jesse) for many years now and he has always been very quick to respond and take care of our HVAC issues immediately. He truly cares about his customers and his pricing is always fair!

Words cannot describe how happy i was with Jesse!!! My heater broke and after calling multiple other places and getting cold uncompassionate service i called him. He came out almost immediately on a saturday. After finding a bigger problem then either of us imagined, unphased he still worked with us to make sure we had heat. He told us he would be back monday to finish up but ended up calling back that very day instead and fixed it. Our heater is now working better than its been since we bought our house and he amazingly kept it in our price range. He went above and beyond and then he went even further. Unbelievable and Unequal! What a service. AC was down at night. Called Jesse at 6 am and left a message. Got a call back at 6:20 am. He was at our home at 7:15 am. He was done at 8 am. Saved the day that had a forecast of 105. Very reasonable price and a peace of mind. This is the second time I request Jesse services. The other time was for our business. Thank you Jesse.

AC failed on 4th of July just before our party. Called our usual company and they came out, said our whole system was shot and missing 8lbs of freon. They gave us a quote for a $12k or $14k system for our 1400sf house - something didn't feel right. Jesse came out this morning and it took him 2 seconds to figure out the pump was clogged. He unclogged it and system immediately came back on! He also said our unit is not missing ANY freon at all! Our unit is 25yrs old so we will have to replace it sooner or later but Jesse said we'd be looking at closer to $6k. He bought us some time to make an informed decision. Sooooo refreshing to meet honest service providers!!! When its time to replace our unit, Jesse will be our 1st call. HIGHLY recommended👍!

Amazing customer service at Harmony Environmental Air Conditioning and Heating!! Our air conditioner stopped working at 6:45 pm and we had a hard time finding someone available to repair it after-hours. I called the main number on the Harmony website and spoke to the owner himself at 7:30 pm. He explained that they were very busy that night and booked solid the next day but he would try to come by in the next few hours to look at our unit. Less than 2 hours later he had already arrived and fixed the problem! And the service was VERY affordable! I can't express how much we appreciate his kindness and great service!

If you are looking for an HVAC Company you can trust, Harmony is the place. Jesse took the time to explain what another company did to shortcut the job and cause my AC not to work efficiently. He fixed the issues at a very fair price and even repaired an air leak issue on another unit at no charge "since he could do it quickly." Wow!!! Service like I only remember from years ago. Would give Harmony six stars if it was an option. Save yourself some time and money and go with a company like Harmony, I did it the hard way first. There are no words to describe how wonderful Jesse with Harmony Environmental has been to our family. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty each time we have needed his services. Not only does he show true care and concern for our family's needs, he goes well above and beyond to make sure that we are well taken care of. I called Harmony when my A/C started blowing warm air after a power outage. Unlike other companies, Jesse gave me advice on how to get back on track myself before I needed to spend the money for a service call. It worked! So when I decided my A/C was due for a tune-up, I wanted to call Harmony. Jesse came out, looked my ancient unit over, and made some suggestions for care that were very reasonable, given its age and the fact that I hadn’t had it tuned up in 4 years. 😅 I would definitely recommend them to my friends or family!

I've used their services from maintenance to thermostat change, and to complete unit replacement. Professional, courteous, great service and gives advice/suggestions you can trust. Brian, who I've worked with, is patient, kind, answers all questions, and fully documents his work with pictures. I don't have a single complaint using Texas Air Doctors, only phrase.

Mike and Jeff are the best. Taylor and Deanna in the office are exceptional. Texas Air Doctors customer service is absolutely incredible. If you need a new Ac or have the unit worked on I absolutely would recommend Texas Air Doctor. I have been using Texas Air Doctor for more than 10 years.

They keep up with the important maintenance so my unit will continue to work great for a long time. These folks are in demand judging by their estimated appointment lead times. They put me down in case they had a cancellation, which they did. Service was worth the wait. Blake, the tech that came out, was friendly and professional. He was able to fix our gas fireplace issue quickly and explain the issue clearly. All at a reasonable price. The experience could not have been better. Highly recommended.

We have always been happy with Texas Air Doctors. All of their employees have been wonderful. They are professional, timely, and very knowledgeable in the services they provide! The monthly membership payment for routine services and checks has been well worth it. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our heater quit working on 1/8/24. We called Texas Air Doctors and upon their inspection we needed to replace our unit. They gave us a detailed explanation with pictures and estimate. The unit was installed the next day. Very professional. Quick service. Friendly staff. I'd recommend Texas Air Doctors to any and all.

Jeff quickly repaired my gas lanterns. The cost of the repair was a bargain compared to other service calls I’ve had. Jeff was very hospitable and I enjoyed talking with him.

We found Texas Air Doctors when looking for fireplace maintenance. They were so professional that we signed up for routine maintenance on our heating and air conditioning units. Had first service today and their technician, Jeff, validated our decision to do business with them. He is expert, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate how they call to remind me of the appointment and advise when they are en route. This is a 5 star company and I am happy to recommend them.

TX air Dr. sent out a tech. to install a Nat. gas pilot assembly for my outdoor ventless fireplace. I had purchased the part on E-bay for approx. $37 but wasn't having much success completing the install myself. so I agreed to have the tech due the install, and the end result was great and the fireplace works great. But after evaluating the parts and labor cost which turned out to be $934 which seemed a bit Ludacris for about 2 hr. labor. So I called TX air Dr. customer service but the manager wasn't willing to offer any type of discount, so be prepared for HIGH labor costs!!! :-(
