Sept. 2024: Joseph provided excellent service for our scheduled maintenance program and did fantastic installing a UV light. I really appreciate TAD as a company and Joseph as a technician. Great job! Very confident in TAD.

2023: Blake was fantastic on the service call today. He did a terrific job checking everything out, provided pictures of everything he commented on, changed out the filter, and was great at his job. We have a service contract with TAD to maintain our system and they are always top notch!

I have been looking for a reliable company to provide great service on my gas fireplace for almost 12 years now. I have finally found what I’ve been looking for with Texas Air Doctors! Jeff came to my home for what I thought was a gas fireplace issue that turned out not to be an issue at all. He explained what was going on as well as other things I didn’t know about my fireplace, which was very helpful. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He listened to all of my questions and answered without hesitation and with confidence. I was so impressed with Jeff that I signed up for Texas Air Doctors annual maintenance program for my air conditioner, furnace and fireplace. It’s very reasonably priced and provides a lot of value for the money. I also can’t say enough about Deandra in the office. She was fantastic to work with and also provided excellent service. Well done Texas Air Doctors!!

Had Texas Air Doctors out to do the annual service to my gas fireplace. Was very pleased with the service provided by Blake. Very professional and prompt and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I forgot all about the yearly maintenance needed to keep these gas fireplaces in good working order so now ready to go for the winter weather. Had i not already gone with another company I would have signed up for their annual maintenance plan to do my yearly inspections.

Texas Air Doctors were prompt, professional, and courteous. They didn't try to sell anything unnecessary, and in fact did the work for exactly as it was quoted. I appreciate their honesty and every one I came in contact with. I would absolutely use Texas Air Doctors again for service of our gas lanterns.

We recently had an issue with our AC system installed by Texas Air Doctors less than 2 years ago. The technician from TAD found it was a defective part causing the AC to not cool. The part was under warranty and he had a replacement on his truck but they quoted us $400 to replace a $30 part that would take him 30 minutes at most to install. This was on top of the $99 service call fee! We called another AC company who came out the same day and replaced the part for $145 total. We have paid TAD many thousands of dollars over the years for HVAC systems and services for our home and business. Needless to say we won’t be using them anymore.

Jeff diagnosed and fixed my A/C issues in about an hour. He is courteous, professional, and proficient. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan and saved around half the annual cost on that one appointment! Happy to have found a great local company!

Technician is great. Management not great. After multiple visits to fix my gas fireplace ($1,000 +), they decided I needed to be charged for several hundred dollars because they could not completely confirm why the system failed. Thank goodness I recently renewed my annual service contract. Loyalty should go both ways.

Texas Air Doctors did a great job servicing my system. It wasn’t cooling very well the past few days and is working much better now. Very happy with the service.

I would like to take a few minutes to share my AC repairer experience from Texas Air Doctors with you. I called them to report a problem and ask for a service call on a Friday afternoon, I expected to be told it was going to be the following week or possibly an expensive weekend service call, not so. TAD responded the same afternoon. TAD sent me a text confirming I would get service between 4 and 6 pm and included a picture and profile of the service man, Blake. Blake showed up on time and went to work and made the repair of some damaged wires and had me running in a short time. Blake was very professional well-spoken and friendly. He explained what and how the problem a cured. I was so impressed I took out a service agreement with TAD and look forward to my yearly checkups to keep my equipment maintained in the future. I highly recommend Texas Air Doctor for all your Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

Jeff and assistant from Texas Air Doctor did an amazing job. I highly recommend them to anyone that has a fireplace problem. Jeff is a professional at his trait. He solved each obstacle that he came to and knew exactly what and where the problem was. He informed me of the problem and gave me different options that he can do to repair it and what it would cost. Jeff 's work was very proficient and as he repairs each step he continues to check and test to insure there were no gas leak. Thank you to Jeff and his assistant and to Texas Air Doctor for their work. Now my wife is very happy and a happy wife is a happy life.

Had an appointment for someone to come by and check my AC and make sure everything is good before the heat of summer ramps up. The technician was awesome, but then he told me I needed a new capacitor because it was testing low. Okay no problem. Someone back at the office confirmed I have a parts warranty. Then I was informed that it would be 300$ to install the capacitor for labor costs!! That is blatant highway robbery. He told me himself the job would only take 5 minutes. If I hadn’t had the parts warranty they wanted to charge me another few hundred bucks for the capacitor itself! That is absolutely insane. Won’t be using them for any type of work again in the future. 300$ for labor to install a part that costs probably a tenth of the price that takes about five minutes should be a crime.

Gas fireplace which is used only a couple of times a year had not been inspected since installation in 2010. It was thoroughly tested and everything checked out okay.

The tech came and isolate a leak on a gas lanterns we needed fixed and repaired 2 other lanterns that would not function correctly. Great job very professional.
