Once again they went above and beyond in getting my AC cooling! They were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced getting my heat pump up and 🏃‍♀️ again. One guy, sorry forgot his name, came back a second time on his way home and worked til way past dark. I appreciated that when I know he had already had a full day.

Awesome team. Always very insightful and courteous. They have been great to work with for routine maintenance and the occasional high priority issues. Their semi annual maintenance agreement is affordable and worth the peace of mind.

Jackie was fabulous and so very helpful when I called in. She followed up with me and made sure all went well. Anton was awesome. Since I was an experienced contractor from another state that just moved to Texas in the last year it was great to find a company that I felt was honest and didn't play games. Anton knew his trade very well and was very professional. As an experienced residential and commercial contractor I highly recommend The AC Hero team.

I highly recommend this company! They answer the phones after hours without getting voicemails! Assign a tech, and get him in route within minutes. The tech is very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate this company coming in such short notice to help my situation from getting worse. My water leak was fixed, so no more water damage could be done! The price was very very worth it, and I will be a returning happy customer. If you want a trustworthy professional company, call them! You need them in your life!!!! Thank you AC Hero!

An incoming water line developed a leak inside a bedroom wall. The technician Brian found the leak in a short time. He repaired the leak and the wall in a very few minutes. Brian was very efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. Will definitely use The AC Hero again. Service was excellent. I called for help Saturday morning and the leak was repaired by 2:00 pm.

We were without AC for 2 weeks dealing with MULTIPLE companies sent by our terrible home warranty service. We decided it was time to take matters into our own hands and contacted The AC Hero and they had a tech out to us within the SAME day on a Saturday nonetheless. He was able to diagnose our problem and have our system running within 10 minutes! Even found and found and fixed another issue that both previous companies had missed. We highly recommend them and will continue using them for all of our future AC needs!

We were having trouble with our air conditioner and called for help. They showed up right own time. Scott was who showed up. He was so on time and very personable! Got our air working within 30 minutes. Thank you Scott for making us cool! Would recommend this company for any heating or air troubles!

These guys did a great job on my 70,000sqft building. We had a large and very unique problem. The owner came in personally and helped strategize the most cost effective plan. He met countless times with engineers and experts to ensure we were all on the same page and things were moving forward correctly. If there was ever a question, they’re response time was immediate. I highly recommend this company. Ownership is attentive, quality is great and customer service was immaculate.

I called The AC Hero late Monday afternoon and one of their techs was at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. Robert was extremely helpful in discussing the problems with our chiller and giving me options for repairs, replacement, and rentals. Robert started working on repairs about 2 pm when it was extremely hot and working in a very hot environment, and stayed on the job until approximately 9 pm when the job was complete. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and I would highly recommend them. The AC Hero will be our go to company from now on for our ac and chiller needs.

From day 1, the AC Hero team went above and beyond in every single way you can think of. We recently had a flash flood and knew we would need a lot of work done to get everything replaced. AC Hero was there for us almost immediately. Tyler came out to our property to assess the situation and was the most thorough person we’ve ever had in our home. That day alone made the choice to go with AC Hero incredibly easy for us. You could tell they cared about us, the job and making sure no corners were cut and nothing was forgotten. If we weren’t on board with a proposed solution, they understood and worked hard to find an alternative we were happy with. We ended up needing the entire system replaced and the guys worked hard to make sure we were never left without AC in the middle of summer in Texas. We are so incredibly thankful for Tyler and the entire AC hero team we had the pleasure of getting to know as they worked so hard in our home. We know it was no easy task!

After contacting them to install my upstairs unit Tyler was out at my house a few hours later to give me a quote. After looking at my two units and going through my option he was able to give me 5 different prices for different service options. After choosing my option they were out the next morning installing my new unit, adjusting downstairs unit, replacing the draining, clearing out the sink line the ac drained to, and installed all new duct work. They were fast and very efficient and everything looks great.

They even hung the attic units from the rafters and now I have a lot more storage then before.

I would highly recommend and will be contacting them in the future.

AC Hero is best AC company in DFW without a doubt. They were available immediately and followed up with me to ensure I knew what time technician would arrive. Autumn, the woman who answered the phone was responsive , caring, and very courteous.
Manny arrived and was awesome. He diagnosed the problem. Explained everything to me and had my system up and running perfectly.

Excellent experience! When our upstairs unit went out I called AC Hero in the morning, they came out same day and fixed the issue quick. Their tech was courteous and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and within no time our unit was ready to go. We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of the process!!

Had backup on the tub and then in the toilet. They came over that evening. They had to run a camera and found a cracked pipe. The next day they dug under house and repaired the Crack. I appreciated the fast job so that we were able to bathroom again.

Their customer service and management team are outstanding. Frank is an excellent technician who knows his area of experience backwards and forwards. I highly recommend him and his company for anything ac/heating related

Called The AC Hero as I needed a condensation line on my AC unit blown out and some algaecide poured down the line. It is $79 for them to walk in your door. More than my doctor. After checking up in my attic he wanted to charge me over $500 for a 10 minute job plus the $79 for the honor of their presence. Even if he wanted to use a directional valve in the line, that would be only $4.95 at Lowes. I was furious that they would over charge such a massive amount. They did not get my business. If you are smart…..they won’t get yours.

5 stars for Frank our technician. I would highly recommend requesting him. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on and what readings our unit should be performing at.
