We had a great experience with Top Notch! Ray came quickly, was thorough and listened to what we were wanting (i.e. work to extend the AC's life versus replace everything). We will absolutely have Ray back out to address our AC needs.

Ray came out at 9pm after our a/c went out and diagnosed everything quickly. He stayed until everything was running exactly as it should. We usually use a big name company for this but Top Notch will be our go to HVAC company now. Super professional, friendly, and couldn’t recommend them more. His wife was very nice and extremely professional as well.

Ray with Top Notch Air showed up on time and provided timely updates as he checked out a drain problem with our unit. Our AC went out at 8pm, we realized it at 10pm when it started to get really warm in our house. I started reaching out to companies and Ray with Top Notch Heating and Air replied at 11:14pm on a Saturday! He was at our house at 8:30am the next morning (a Sunday) and the house was cool by 9:30am.
Everyone else I reached out to didn’t respond until mid-morning Sunday and said the earliest they could come out was Monday.
I will recommend Ray and Top Notch Heating and Air for as long as I’m in DFW.

So thankful Ray came out. We were ready to replace EVERYTHING, but Ray actually did everything to make our unit more efficient without scheduling to come back, and without doing the unnecessary work we were prepared to initiate. GREAT WORK! Highly professional and trustworthy

We had Ray with Top Notch AC out today to inspect our heating/AC. He took videos of the unit in and duct work in the attic so he could explain how everything is working. He cleaned our outside unit and he will change your filters if you have them on hand. Our unit is older so signed up for a 2x year maintenance to keep in working condition for a few more years. He is honest, experienced and very professional.

Ray is so honest, was very detailed, half the.price of the other guys. We will be using Top Notch for now on, definitely a 5 star business.

Called Ray at Top Notch after hours today. My thermostat was out, which come to find out was an electrical issue and he had the kind courtesy to walk me through some basic troubleshooting fixes before coming out. Simple adjustment of a fuse and unit was back up and running. I’ll be calling him with all my needs moving forward. Many thanks!

Top Notch did a wonderful job of servicing my AC unit. He was prompt, courteous, and very likable. He was able to correct some "fixes" that were supposedly done by the previous company. They are definitely my new go to company. Matter of fact I bought an annual contract from them which will save me money in the future.
Definitely 5 stars.

My family has had trouble with our air keeping cool since last summer, and we keep getting told by the installer’s that everything is in working condition. Out of desperation, we called Ray.
Ray was so knowledgeable and thorough in his findings after we got our free 2nd opinion with him. He took his time to look at every aspect of the issue, and sat down with us to educate us on the problems within. He even went as far as to answer all of our questions, and never once made us feel uncomfortable to ask. If you are looking for a family man of integrity, look no further. Not only is Ray a man of integrity, but his rates are very reasonable and he will work with you to find the best solution. I would highly recommend Top Knotch Heating and Air. 6 out of 5 stars for me!

Ray was incredibly kind and knowledgeable without any pushiness.
