Service was professional and personable. Our AC went out during the night and I did not find out till the morning. I called Malcolm's Heating & Air on a Sunday morning and explained the issue. He was able to be out to our residence within 15 minutes and had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. The arrival time and repair time was unparalleled and I will always call Malcolm first with any AC issues.

I called Malcolm's Heating and Air when my ac gave out. He came out on the same day and had it up and running in no time. I'll be calling back for my HVAC needs again.

Our AC unit stopped working suddenly in the middle of the night. We called on Saturday morning first thing and David came out within a couple hours to come take a look. Our air went out Friday night .We needed rescuing. Filled out a request for an estimate. Received a call from Malcolm and then looked up he was there. Very polite, efficient. The down side is we never received an estimate so we couldn't compare to others.Overall , I am glad to have been serviced by Malcolm.

Let me tag along behind and explained what he was doing without making me feel like I was being a nuisance -- I just like to learn how things work in my house and he appreciated that. We had such a great experience with David. He came out to our house for a service and looked everything over, told us more about our unit (since we just moved in not long ago) and addressed any concerns we had. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and very reasonable with price. We definitely recommend him and will be using his services in the future.

Great service! He dropped what he was doing once I called and told him I had no AC and I care for my 80 yr old mother and the home warranty said it would be 3 days or more in this triple digit heat! My a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. It was miserable! I tried calling several people at 9:30 on a Friday night to see if anyone could help me. Other companies told me I would have to wait until Monday for service. I called Malcolm's, and David saw me that night! Within two hours my a/c was working again. He was extremely professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and fixed my a/c right. I will only use Malcolm's for my heating and a/c needs, and I recommend him to everyone. Awesome company!!!

David is a strong recommend. Both times we called we have been pretty surprised how quick he can get us on the schedule and complete the work and he has never taken us for a ride. It's hard to find contractors that you like and want to call back--we'll definitely stick with him as long as he's in the business.

David Malcolm was great. He worked around our schedule. David was very efficient with his time and fixed any electrical issues we had. He came out one Saturday to diagnose issues and only took an half hour if not less to fix what he could with supplies on hand. Came out next Saturday and fixed all other issues within less than an hr. I would definitely recommend him. Good work!

After looking around for an AC company and reading reviews I decided to go with Malcolm's. I'm glad I did , I called and spoke with David and told him my issue and asked if I could set an appointment for Friday . He followed up with me Friday afternoon to confirm and then showed up promptly at the time we discussed. He was able to figure out the problem and have me up and running in a short time . He was highly professional and walked me through the work he was doing . I would highly recommend him to anyone I know having ac issues and will be using him in the future with any new issues that might come up .

I called after 8 pm one evening when our AC went out. Mr Malcolm told me he would be there by 9 am the next morning. He was about 15 minutes early! He identified the issue quickly, went to his truck & got the part. He had it running in about 15 minutes! Very prompt, professional and reasonable. Malcolm's saved me and my family from summer discomfort without delay. Our A/C decided to break down in the middle of the night ahead of one of the first hottest days of the summer. David arrived before the sun and had us up and running again before the heat set in. He had everything needed for the job on hand and had the work completed quickly. Now the A/C blows strong and cold once again. Very friendly and responsive company!

Great company and service! They properly troubleshoot your system to fix the actual problem instead of trying to sell you an entire system. I've used them several times and it's always fixed quickly and done right!

I would highly recommend them. 1st of all they answered my call! They work on mini splits. David came out super sweet got us back up and going.
