Service completion incurred three visits: 1) diagnosis 2) part install, subsequent failure identified 3) retrieval of part and install Never received a quote or estimate prior or after each visit. Motherboard cost=$90, charged $600 but was told "I waived the trip fees'

David Malcom is a rare gem. He is honest and not only fair, but downright generous. I believe there are very few times that the answer to your problems is to “replace the entire HVAC system”. If that resonates with you, then CALL DAVID! He has the expertise and PATIENCE to diagnose the issue, saving you thousands of dollars. Of course the issues are going to be resolved when you replace the entire HVAC, but that’s a downright scam from greedy, lazy companies that will happily take you for every penny.

There is a reason my plumber just listed his NRH home at 1.7 Million dollars. Don’t be gullible with contractors, there are still honest people on this planet. Call David.

I always get great fast friendly service . No matter when I call David shows up ready to fix the problem. My AC unit caught on fire and it seemed hopeless but he brought it back to life which saved me money when I needed it.

Over the past several years Malcolm's Heating & Air has fixed my A/C and Heating systems multiple times. My system is older now, but they were able to find very hard-to-find parts, drive across DFW to get them, and fix my system on the same day as the repair call.

I've known Dave Malcolm for years. He is one of the rare, truly honest home HVAC technicians left. Use him while he's still alive. He's very competent and gives great advice. He normally can give you reasonable options. PS - I'm not related or paid.

Malcolm was there for us when everyone else tried to double if not triple our estimates into getting a new unit. Not only did he take the time to help my family and I , he even worked with a new finance company that he was not working with before , just so that I was approved and for us to be able to purchase a new unit since ours was on the way out. Beyond thankful for this company and glad I will be continuing services with ongoing usual maintenances. I do not know what we would have done if it weren’t for Malcom and his team. Thank you!

Had great experience with this company with my last two homes, very professional customer service, great work from Dave the owner himself. Been in a few situations that I needed service over the weekend, Dave made time to check out what was my issue, fix what ever he had to do. We had a new AC, Heater replaced 2 years ago, got a great price, warranty and an extra 2 year maintenance package . If you're looking for a AC company this is the best one .
