Great AC/heat company! Nicholas and his team were easy to work and communicate with. We had an urgent issue at our commercial space and Nicholas sent out a tech who was friendly, professional, and patient. Definitely recommend these guys.

2025.07.31: Will came out and installed a condensor part and did an outstanding job with a gosh darn smile on his face. He loves his job and it shows. Lucky for Prestige that I am horrible with HVAC stuff so I'll be counting on them in the future.
2025.06.15: We called Prestige Air for the first time to do a checkup of our 5yr old system. The two young men that came to our house on a saturday were professional, well trained and patiently answered all of my questions. They didn't waste time and got in and out in less than an hour and a half.

Nicholas, from Prestige Air installed a new A/C unit. The work was done on-time and at the estimated cost. That is to be expected. But Nicholas also found that one of my smart thermostats was not working. I purchased the replacement thermostat and Nicholas returned to install it for free. He came back a second time to rework a faulty wire.

Great service as always! Have used this company serveral times now. Recently, the owner's son took super care of us, and he is so nice! He solved our unique problem and charged a reasonable fee for the service. I wouldn't call anyone else to deal with my heating and air problems!!

Had a leak and was losing coolant. A-1 Air wanted $500 for leak test. Will from Prestige Air came, did a visual inspection and sniff test and found a leak in the evaporator coil which is covered by warranty for just the cost of a service call. Great service.

This is the only company I will recommend for HVAC work. The communication was perfect, he explained the entire process very thoroughly, and he was nothing but respectful and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. My A/C was not cooling and Prestige was recommended to me by my neighbor. They were responsive and explained what they found and how it would be fixed. The price was fair and the service was great. My technician was Will and he was very good and polite. Thanks for a job well done.

Today, a tech came out to my parents home and did a fantastic job. He even went out of his way to make a voice recording for them to share with us - because naturally we asked “what service did you have done?” The vm was so professional and on the fly. The service was wonderful and very precise. We will use Prestige again and we highly recommend them.

My usual A/C service company was completely booked up with appointments recently, so they referred me to Prestige Air, and I’m so glad they did. Nick spent time with me on the phone answering my questions about my aging A/C unit, and was able to send out his son Will the very next day to service it for me. All it needed was to top off the freon level, as I’ve had a slow leak for a while. Will showed up early and was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient in testing the system and adding the necessary amount of freon at a reasonable price. I’ve now added Prestige Air to my ‘go-to’ vendor list for any future A/C service needs. Thanks Nick & Will!

Refreshing to find an honest and reputable company in an industry where that is not the norm. From the initial contact, they were courteous and professional. Next day service call resulted in a fair quote for only the work needed without any high pressure upsell tactics. New evaporator coils needed in both attic units as I suspected. Since it was Friday afternoon we were unable to get the coils until Monday but they charged the system to keep me cool until then. At install they captured the coolant to recharge without having to pay twice for it. A day of hard work in a hot attic by Nick's two sons and we are back in business. Great job and right on the quote. I would gladly recommend Prestige Air to all.
