I am so grateful for this company. Rita in the office is so kind, and encouraging. That positivity and joy is hard to find within many companies. Thankfully each time we need a tech, Tyler comes. He knows his job and explains it to me without making me feel stupid. It is apparent he thoroughly enjoys his work and takes great pride in doing the job efficiently and correctly. Nice he does it all with a smile. Yes, we are very happy with this company and told several people about them.

I will be recommending Zach and The A/C Hero to all of my friends and neighbors. They are kind, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. He arrived on time and could repair our 20-year-old unit in no time. Thank you for your fantastic service, Zach!

Daniel was a life-saver in getting our gas line repaired. ATMOS found a leak and shut the gas off just before Christmas, and Daniel got us up and running despite the holidays. Thank you. (The job looks good too.)

The best AC Service Company in DFW. A truly fast response and friendly employees. I requested a service after 10 p.m. and i was contacted within 15 minutes and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Frank performed a thorough inspection of my equipment and gave me a clear explanation of the problems found. I was presented with different options for repair with no pressure and then given an expectation of how and when the work would be performed. Don't suffer in the Texas heat, contact AC Hero anytime day or night.

7/15/23. Added note, we had a part failure and I called on a Friday night. Rita was so thoughtful and helpful on the phone explaining all of the after hours policies thoroughly. On Saturday morning Scott came out and identified the issue and replaced and repaired the part. It wasn’t an emergency but it could have turned into one and ACHero crew came through like the superstars they are once again. Thank You. If I could give you another 5 star rating for this service call I would.

I came home after a long day to water running from my yard to the street. After my husband located where it was coming from, he found out we had a busted pipe. I called several companies and no one was able to get to us before the next day. I called the AC Hero and they immediately were able to get someone out to the house to take a look at it. Shane explained everything that he saw, gave us options on what to do, and worked with us to get it all done as soon as possible. We are extremely satisfied with Shane’s professionalism and for him taking time to help us out. We will definitely be recommending The AC Hero to everyone in need. Thank you soooo much!

After being without plumbing for a week AC Hero Plumbing came out the next day and fixed my issue. They would have came the same day but I requested next day. Scott with AC Hero & Plumbing was my technician and he was on time and came prepared. He assessed the problem, gave me a quote , and got it done. He used a camera to see inside my line and pinpointed the issue. The rest was just left to doing the job. It didn’t take long and once he had the line clear he thoroughly checked to make sure everything was clear and flowing before he left. This was my first time using them and I am a satisfied customer. A big thanks to Scott at AC Hero Plumbing.

Great experience. Frank and Diego were knowledgeable and both made quick work replacing the very old indoor and outdoor HVAC units. They were clear throughout the process and helpful answering questions, giving options, etc. Would recommend

I bought a hot water heater from AC hero and 3 years later it needed to be replaced because of a leak. They came out and told me that it was no longer under warranty, not even parts warranty. They told me that the hard water we have caused the leak. I lived in places where the water was way harder than I have now and my hot water heaters always lasted between 8 - 10 years. They also always charge a fee to come out. I do not recommend.

I called AC Hero on Friday morning because our AC wasn't working. I had a tech out before noon. Our tech was Frank. Super nice, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. It wasn't news we were hoping for. But we a have a replacement coming Monday. Frank even took time to call us after hours on a Friday evening to work with us when we changed our mind and had some additional questions.
I would recommend AC hero and will use them again if needed.

I've used AC Hero & Plumbing Solutions in the past & have not been disappointed yet. I called today to have them look at a leak under the kitchen sink, thinking I'd have to wait to schedule the work to be done, but they're doing the work right now. Love that type of service & they're giving a discount. Have not had the issue of price gauging at all, thus far. Keep up the good work AC Hero & Plumbing Solutions.

I called on Friday evening when I discovered I did not have any hot water. The representative called me back to let me know that the technician can come out on Saturday but it would be $189. I wanted to get a solution so I set up the appointment. Then I get a call on Saturday informing me that the technician would not be out and Monday would be the earliest time for a $79 service charge. The representative let me know that the technician will call me 30 to 45 minutes ahead of time with a ETA. Monday morning at 8:35. I received a knock on the door and it was the technician. I did not get a phone call before hand. Shane came in without any tools or shoe covers. I directed him to water heater and explained the issues I was having. I already performed some troubleshooting and informed him. He immediately looked at the water heater and stated I needed to buy a new one. He did not test anything or try to find a solution to fix it. He then stated he would be in his van to issue a quote and I can set up service when I’m ready to buy their water heater. There was no information on what went wrong. There was nothing, but buy a new water heater. I was completely unsatisfied with his service and called a different provider out. Go Billy came out the same day and gave me a temporary solution to hold over until I got the water heater installed on Wednesday. He explained what happened to the water heater and how to get the most longevity out of the new one. I paid for a $79 service and the technician didn’t do anything at AC hero. I went with go Billy and the diagnostic was free. The temporary solution was free and they set me up with a new water heater. Which was better than what Shane’s quote provided. I got a bigger water heater, 12 year warranty parts and labor, and piece of mind for less than AC Hero quoted. I would not recommend AC Hero.

Jayme and his Team are the BEST!!! We had an emergency issue with our A/C going out and when we couldn't get someone to come out on a weekend, Clay was there on a Sunday Morning getting us fixed right!! He was very thorough on everything he was doing and even provided some tips to keep our house cooler! Thank you to Jayme, Rita and Clay for being responsive and providing only the best service for us. I highly recommend The AC Hero to anyone needing skilled professional Service!!

We needed same day service and The AC Hero delivered!!! The company we typically use is always three days out till you are serviced. We have definitely added this company to the top of our list. The ONLY one we could find to service us same day. GREAT customer service for our commercial need. Highly recommend!

Zack H and Frank came out today to install my outside unit that needed to be replaced. They were very professional. They were very courteous they got right to work they replace the unit they help me get my phone hooked up to the unit so I can control it they had an issue with the thermostat being smaller but they handled the issue and got a solution and fixed it right away. They both did really well. I appreciate you sending them to do my air conditioning repairs.and
Tyler was very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable. He performed his job quickly, and with the skill of his years of experience, I will recommend y'all whenever called to do so

We own an AirBnB and had a report from the guests on Thanksgiving that the heat wasn't working. It had been 80 degrees outside the day before, but dropped to the 50s on the holiday. I'm a DIY kinda person, so I headed over to see what was up. On the way, I called AC Hero because - if I couldn't fix it - I'd need a hero on Thanksgiving Day. I couldn't figure out the issue, and Nick arrived pretty quickly. He checked over the system and quickly determined what the issue was. As much as I hated to call a technician out on Thanksgiving Day, I'm glad that AC Hero had someone available!

Had my HVAC fail, and what I tried did not work. I needed a Hero, and I got Frank G. Frank is the guy you want working on your stuff. Knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Frank had my old system fixed same day and back to normal. I know my system needs more love, and AC Hero will be my first call for an updated system. But, I know that they can keep my old system running when I need it.

I had service done maybe a year and a half ago. I had problems with my toilet so I called another company. When they put the camera in the pipes they discovered that the exact same spot where AC Hero did plumbing was separated. I was told that because they didn't secure the connection with some type of metal ring when they put the dirt back that it separated. When I called AC Hero I was told they no longer do residential service. Imagine that! The company and number they gave me who was handling their clients was not aware that they were in partnership. I am not sure how to proceed but I wouldn't recommend this company.

If I could give you all 10 star's I would. Rita, Daniel and Frank all are excellent in there jobs. Professionals and very knowledgeable. I would recommend AC Hero before anyone. Daniel explained everything in a manner that was very clear. His work ethic is above anything i've seen in many years. Great Job. We are 100% satisfied with your service. Highly recommend AC Hero for the job.

We first called AC Hero for a pesky outdoor faucet leak, but the universe had other plans—our heating/AC quit the very same weekend! Fast forward, and we’ve now had not one, but two complete systems replaced. AC Hero has been our go-to for everything from bids to big fixes, thanks to their stellar customer service (a dealbreaker for me!). Frank and Tyler bring their A-game every time, along with a handful of others, but the real MVP is Rita, the scheduling wizard. She’s lightning-fast, incredibly kind, and somehow makes even emergencies feel manageable. If you’re on the fence, don’t be—these folks are superstars!
