Yet another great experience with Texas Air Doctors.

My upstairs A/C went out late Saturday night, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I called around 9 pm. To my surprise, a real person actually answered the phone—and even though I had to leave a message, Taylor called me back the next morning (on a Sunday!). I figured I’d be waiting until Monday at the earliest, but they had availability that day and got me on the schedule.

Johnny showed up right on time—before 1 pm, just like they said—and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within an hour. No drama, no upselling, just honest work and a fast fix.

I’ve been with Texas Air Doctors for a few years now, and experiences like this just remind me why I chose them in the first place. It’s rare to find a company that’s consistently reliable, responsive, and respectful of your time. I highly recommend them. They really do go above and beyond—every single time.

Texas air doctors are my heroes. They diagnosed a problem that came true. They came out immediately. Had the part and the house started to cool. When you find a company via Google search, you have to hope that the reviews are real. Well Deandre was great with providing info about fireplace maintenance and scheduling. Brian was professional from the moment he rang the doorbell. We don't wear shoes in our house so we have some shoe covers for contractors and service people. He put on his shoe covers before I even was able to offer them to him. He also was very thorough and explained everything he did to us. He was great!! Definitely impressed with this company and their service. We are now ready for the real fall weather to come!!!

We have an annual service contract with them for four years. Very pleased. Johnny was on time, is skilled and very professional. And he cleaned my fireplace glass. He also proactively changed out the A/C capacitor that wasn’t functioning well. We had replaced it last year so it was under warranty. Their annual service contract is worth every penny.

We have utilized Texas Air Doctor to maintain our heating and conditioning systems for approximately twelve years. The office and field personnel have consistently exhibited a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, they provide a high level of communication and notification in the lead-up to your appointment, as well as follow-up afterward.

For the past 10 to 12 years, I have been a member of the VIP Club. When necessary, VIP members receive many perks. We are of the opinion that membership in the club is a valuable investment during periods of significant need.

I would recommend Texas Air Doctor and would also encourage individuals to become members of the VIP-club.

I am writing this review for my father. First let me say...THANK YOU for taking care of my family as if they were you own. My father called on Thursday at 1pm to try and see if you guys could make a service call for a home AC issue. Taylor took care of him and scheduled the initial service call. Johnny arrived less than three hours later....did some trouble-shooting....and found out he needed a new motor for his outside unit. The part was not available locally and my father was quoted a five to six day wait until one could be delivered. However, the very next day at noon Deandra called to let him know that they had located one (it was in WACO mind you and Mike apparently drove down to get it!). Johnny was back at my parent's house at 4pm and had their AC up and running by 5pm. This is not JUST good service, this is taking care of people and going above and beyond. Well done to all at Texas Air Doctors....you have my highest regards and appreciation.

Jeff and Texas Air Doctors did a phenomenal job getting our gas lamps working again on the front of our house. They were very prompt and attentive to our concerns and worked hard to ensure we were satisfied. Customer satisfaction was their number one priority!

This company is great! Their work is thorough and efficient. Blake worked on my gas fireplace and got it working better than it ever has. Their HVAC program is great, too.

They have been doing our HVAC work for several years, always on time, very professional and their work has stood the test of time. Just installed three new smart thermostat’s for us yesterday! There are a lot of companies doing what they do and we have tried several but TX Air Docs have impressed us the most and it’s a family owned business which I really prefer!

Jeff came out as promised, removed parts, cleaned, and put my gas lanterns back to working order in 30 min. He is professional I appearance and manner. Will not hesitate to contact Texas Air Doctors if I need its services again.

We are so thankful we have a VIP membership with Texas Air Doctors. We trust them for our Heating and A/C needs. They are reliable and honest. Everyone is very nice and gets us scheduled for service in a timely manner. It is great to be able to know your in good hands with them.
Frank came to fix an issue with our AC. He was friendly, prompt and charged us an honest amount for the work! We highly recommend them! Taylor is always very nice when scheduling our appt too!

I had an issue with my AC/heater blower fan and contacted Texas Air Doctors. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician, Brian, was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. He explained everything clearly, including all repair options. Ultimately, I decided to wait on the repair since our system is so old and the repair isn't urgent, but I would definitely use them again.

Jeff repaired our front door gas lanterns. Difficult to find someone in this area that does this work. Texas Air Doctors were very courteous in all communications. Up front with charges and didn't try to sell anything else. Very happy with service

Jeff came out and did a complete inspection of my gas fireplace. He took his time and did a thorough job correcting the issues. He was professional and friendly. I felt good about his work and was happy I could enjoy the fireplace in my “new” home.

Gas lantern flame issue resolved - Jeff did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing the weak flame on my gas lantern. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly experienced—he quickly identified the issue and had everything working perfectly again. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure the lantern was operating safely before he left. I really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend Jeff for any gas lantern or similar work.

Blake came by from Texas Air Doctors to repair my gas fireplace. He was very professional and answered any question I had . He did a thorough examination and determined that I only needed a clean connection to the switch on the wall. He just charged me the $99 diagnosis fee I knew about in advance. Honest guy I thought. If I need air or heating help, I would not hesitate to call him.
