My AC went out on what was, until now, the hottest day of the year. Chad was referred to me by a friend, so I called him. He made it to my house, same day and also completed the work so quickly! He had me back up and running in less than 30 minutes of his arrival! I will definitely be calling him with any AC needs, in the future.

Called Sky Heating and Air on a Saturday morning. They had a technician out at the house within 2 hours. We were expecting the worst and for him to try and up sale us on a entire new system. He checked the outside unit, determined it was the capacitor. Had the part in his truck readily available. Changed the part, tested the system and we have COLD air again! 100% would recommend.

My AC unit stopped blowing cool air in the middle of the day in the summer and my house got up to 87 degrees (with myself and 3 pets in the house). I called around to several places and most were so booked they couldn’t check out my unit for 3-5 days. I called Sky, they were able to get someone out within the hour. Heath got to work right away, found the problem, and fixed it efficiently and quickly. Without their rapid help, my house temperature easily would have kept rising and put my pets lives at risk. Heath also was friendly and didn’t mind that my dog sniffed him or that my bird was chirping at him. I cannot recommend Sky enough!

Excellent company, excellent people, excellent service. I have known Chad and Heath for 7 years, first as a rep selling to them and now as a customer of theirs. They have always been professional, knowledgeable about HVAC systems and issues, and a pleasure to deal with. I am now a customer of theirs and will not have anyone else work on my AC systems. They tell me what exactly is the issue, correct it, and are fair in their pricing. My systems always run better after they leave my house, and they are sincerely invested in the quality of their work. Call them if you want your HVAC problem solved by good people doing good work at a good price.

The technician was very nice but it's rather difficult to get in touch with someone on the weekend. I called and texted AND called my property management company. Silence. When your AC goes out in Texas things get dangerous. There needs to be some kind of come to Jesus meeting with their dispatchers.

Really honest great company. I’ve dealt with a few AC companies. Most try to push new units and don’t fix them. Highly recommend! Chad is an awesome guy and the gentleman that came here were just so nice.

Made special effort and arrived at 7:00pm on afternoon that I contacted to save my broken fridge, diagnosed the issue and had the material on the truck to repair. professional and knowledgeable!

Tech called saying he would be there in 30-45 minutes. Showed up 2 hours later. Quoted fixing clog and broken clean out plug. Ran snake for 1 hour, then sat in truck for 3 hours, said he couldn't fix and gave quote of 12,000 dollars. Said he should have charged 800 but charged 450. Did not fix broken clean out plug. Called customer service and was told supervisor would call me back. 3 days later (business days) still no call. Cutting ties with this company. Will never use again. Technician's name was William and the company even admitted they had received prior complaints about this tech sitting in his truck for hours. Found a great plumber that will do it for 1/5 the cost and showed up when said they would.
