AC Hero replaced my AC system completely. They are professional, efficient and respectful. They completed the job in a timely manner and followed up to see if I was satisfied. In today’s world you do not find this type of caring professional often. I will continue to use this company for my needs and have recommended them to my friends, family and neighbors.

Called AC Hero at 12:26 pm, Technician arrived at 1:00 pm.
Replaced flexible segment of gas plumbing under stove that was found to be leaking Natural Gas as determined by Atmos Energy crew the night before. Total time for service call = 1.5 hours.
(30 minutes of that time due to need to purchase part from local home improvement store.) After completion of work, a gas leak test was performed: hand held electronic detection device & soapy spray water bubble test. Total price $309 w/tax

We live in a 1920s bungalow and had a gas line tested and repaired. On day one Eric Burns showed up on time and performed a thorough inspection. I was happy with his detailed explanation about what repairs needed to be completed. Most of all he expressed concern about our safety as a gas leak can be fatal. Once he determined we were safe he scheduled the repair. The following day Jacob arrived ahead of schedule and repaired, tested and inspected our system. The price for the work performed was fair and reasonable. The professionalism of both Technicians was amazing! This was a great experience and we recommend and will use AC Hero again!

This company has made life so much easier for my household. Their service subscription is a must. They will inspect and maintain your system with no nonsense or sales tactics. We recently had to replace our entire AC/Heating system. AC Hero brought the issue to our attention and fully informed us on all of our options. I liked that the technicians arrived very quickly. My AC wasn’t working at all, I work from home and it was unbearable to work in what felt like an oven. The fan didn’t help at all. Another company offered me an appointment in 2 days — I agreed at first, but Fuse said they would come the same day, and OMG they fixed everything in about 2 hours I think, and the price was nice!
