After visting with Rey Vazquez I was truly amazed of his knowledge at such an age of 29. The company did a fantastic job in hiring him, thanks again for explaining the HVAC to me an my family.

We bought a whole new AC unit, and within barely over a year, we have had to get someone to come out and fix something FOUR times. Very frustrating when we paid about 15k, and the amount of times that we have needed the new one fixed is about the same amount of times that we called someone out over our old one. Again, very frustrated.

The install went great, and the follow on service was seamless. If I could give 7 stars, I would! We worked with DJ and he was very thorough, was patient as we made our decision, and got us scheduled right away. He also followed up and got us scheduled for a post-install checkup/tweak.

Supriya and Rey were amazing!!! Being able to finally afford a new AC unit with monthly payments makes the process a lot easier then paying it all out of pocket.

The workers are good showed up on time and a good job.but the company had a promotion going on promising a 70in tv or 500 dollar gift card the work was done in early December and still haven't received either the tv or the 500 gift card yet it's December 30 2025. Not good business to me

Good experience with the chill brothers they were very informative. Helped out with moving our bench on the front porch.

Deonte was not able to help us out today, but his customer service was excellent. He came to my house with a wig went very good energy. He let us know about a program that will probably help us out in a future. Looking forward to doing business with them.

The chill brothers responded quickly to replace my coil on my ac. Not only was it affordable and priced well below several other quotes, the service was great. Angel came out the next day and within a few hours we had ac again!

They were great, handled any problems and questions that I had, crew that installed the unit were there all day but made sure everything worked and even installed an extra thermostat for me for no additional cost.

They did break a light fixture on accident but quickly replaced the same day before they got done with the work

So far it has been a good experience with Chill Brothers. Heating and Cooling. JD Hall gave me a great price. I was able to get financing with a very low interest rate.
