I always have a good experience when I come in, Chris is a great guy to work with when needing parts. He is friendly and always goes out of his way to help in anyway possible.

Shop mostly at the van marke in ft worth and the experience has been overwhelming and the service is Jaun is top notch in sales and customer and the other van marke stores have been just as good. As a professional it’s good to know we have faithful suppliers near by that care about the service they provide. As a company we are are switching a lot of our inventory to van marke because of the great job there employees provide to the professional.

I walked in with intentions of buying a new Stihl chainsaw and Stihl pole saw. I was greeted at the door and asked if they had a restroom I could use. Both the elderly and young men said “No” in a very offensive demeanor. I replied well I guess I I won’t do business here. The reply I hear as I turned to the door was “Good”. It is very clear why the parking lot was empty and the sales associates were free to stand at the front door.

One week after I purchased a toilet at Home Depot, my husband sent me to Van Marcke to buy another one to replace it. Home Depot sells toys, Van Marcke sells toilets! Of course I had a ton of questions since I'm not a plumber and I didn't want to buy another lemon. No worries there. Van Marcke doesn't sell lemons! Chris was truly helpful. He answered all my questions and guided me to the right toilet for my family. We're also really happy with a kitchen faucet we bought at Van Marcke a year ago. It works flawlessly. Great quality. Lesson learned: Van Marcke trumps Home Depot every time!

Alex at Van Marcke took great care of me today with my project. He gave me his card and said if I needed anything to give him a call day or night. He meet me up at the North Richland Hills location after hours to help me out so we could finish our job. Great customer service!!

The staff at the store is really good. I never had a problem asking questions and getting correct answers. I bought two water heaters a turn up plumbing supplies. They might be a little pricey but the quality is better than most including Home Depot and Lowe's
