Quoted $4500, to replace a water heater. That's dumb. I ended up having it done elsewhere for $1200

Call this place to get a quote and set an appointment. He goes into details on what they would do for a gas leak. Then he states, people out there don't know how to follow the law like you get there Mexicans out there. So I stopped him and informed him I'm Mexican, that was uncalled for. He still continued about Mexicans, so I disconnected the call.

I had Delta one plumbing at my house they were on time and very professional and cleaned up very well when they were done I will recommend them to friends and family call Delta one for plumbing ask for Anthony he’s good at what he does

Called to set up immediate service for a business. How we all do, we call several plumbers and figure out who can come out ASAP. Plumber called back and stated he was available but after we had already found another plumber. I informed him of this and he said “thank you have a good day”. Literally 1 minute later, a woman from the same plumbing office called and I told her ‘thank you but we have found another plumber to come out sooner’ she said “y’all can’t be doing this. Y’all need to get it together.” And hung up. I’m so glad we’re not using this business. I don’t know this woman but I wish she talked to me like that when I wasn’t at work.

Delta did a great job. Very pleasant to deal with. Prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend them and will call them again with any plumbing needs.

Delta 1 Plumbing did a great job for me. Anthony, Michael and Ralph were very knowledgeable. They explained what the problem was and how they would fix it. They did it quickly and at a fair price. I will use them again if needed and highly recommend them to others.

PLEASE do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. First the company representative comes to my house and gives a quote that was totally different from what I had got on the phone from their company. Then he said to get service tomorrow we would have to pay half down. We paid half of the money and he agreed that he would be there at 8:00 AM. So I took off of work and had my contractor and babysitter come to my house before 8 AM. This company never showed up. I had to call at least seven times in the morning my contractor had to leave. Then they told me they would be there between eight and 12, which was not the agreement. So at 12:30 they had still not shown. so I had to call and talk to a manager, who then tells me that they will not make it out for 5 to 7 days. After they promised me my deposit would have them out the next day. With a leak in my house This was very detrimental to my time and the wood flooring in my house. Now I have to find another company and get another quote and go through the process again all because this company has NO CLUE what they are doing! This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. Then my wife struggled to get a refund from them having to call multiple other entities of the business just to get a refund absolutely ridiculous!
