We used TPR for a emergency hot water heater leak. They came out fast and were very knowledgeable and efficient. They even got me in touch with a restoration company for my water damage. I highly recommend this company to anyone and will refer all my friends and family. Great company!!!!!

Timely and on a weekend. $100 service fee just for showing up, not applicable to a $585 charge for 1 outdoor faucet, some reciprocating saw use, some clamping and about 15 minutes with of work; coming to my calculation if about $2,640 / hour for labor and equipment, assuming the parts were about $25. The saw work was also sloppy and not straight. The pipe not secured and not straight.

Tpr came out on a Sunday night while we had a hot water leak under our sink and we couldn’t get the water off he got the issue addressed fastly and our worries went away Tristan was our tech he was a very nice and really handsome thanks Tristan!!!

Hmm wasn’t to happy with them. I honestly felt lost and didn’t really have much clarified to me. So we paid 225 for a camera inspection which didn’t make sense cause then was told we have a septic tank and nothing much would be able to be done. If I wanted puddles to not be there I would reroute my lines for an estimate of 10 thousand. Had a septic company come out and all I needed was to drain that tank….so it was pretty upsetting that I was even told the wrong thing.

Avoid This Company – Fast Response, But That’s Where the Positives End

The only good thing I can say about this company is that they respond quickly. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill.

The first time I used them, I was charged $600 for a 30-minute job fixing an outdoor faucet—double what another company later quoted for the same repair. I went ahead with it at the time due to urgency.

Not long after, I noticed a leak in the same area. The same plumber returned (again, quickly), told me it wasn’t related to his previous work, and quoted $500 to fix it. I approved the repair, but afterward, I was told the total was $850, including some vague "call charges." He dropped it to $800, but still much higher than initially discussed.

When I got home, my driveway was covered in mud, and the faucet was now installed so low that it would be buried once I added mulch. When I contacted the plumber, he said that’s just how it’s supposed to be. This was not how it looked before. I then contacted the company directly. They sent the same plumber again (along with someone else), and said they couldn't reinstall the faucet the way it originally was. Instead, they rigged up a PVC pipe with a metal rod to hold it up—nothing like the previous metal spout that stood up securely.

On top of that, the new pipe is covered in some sort of white goo that still hasn’t dried, even a month later. I reached out to ask if that was normal—no response. Now, any time I attach a hose, the whole thing looks like it could fall over.

After spending $1,400 for a total of maybe 1.5 hours of work, I still don’t have a properly functioning spigot. I’ve since contacted another company to hopefully fix what this one couldn’t.

Bottom line: fast response isn’t worth the time, stress, and money. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Flooded kitchen drain, technician dispatched asap and got here early. Very polite, professional and fixed the issue expeditiously and very professional. Definately recommend this family owned company.
