This company was professional, prompt, transparent, and efficient. They first did an evaluation and priced out each repair. When we understood and approved each part of the repair, they worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue. They were also pretty good at putting the grass back in the places that they dug. Would recommend.

Mauricio and his team are simply awesome. Prompt, professional, clean, etc. They were really good at explaining what was wrong, and very fair in their prices as I did some price comparison with other companies. My irrigation system had not worked for at least 2 years, so it was a lot of work to get it all working again and he made it pretty painless and fast. Would definitely recommend him.

I've used several different companies in the past 20 years. Hands down, Water Cloud is the best at customer service. The techs are polite and professional. Been with them for 5 or 6 years and not going to change.

Most recent addition was drip irrigation foundation zone. Best money I've ever spent. So much easier to press a button on my tablet than drag a water hose.

They also installed a new controller connected to wifi and downloaded the app to my tablet. With my permission, they added themselves as alternate user. If I have problems programming it they can do it remotely

The guys that came out provided great customer service. I was informed throughout the process what was the problem, how they were planning to repair the issues, and allowed me to take a look at the pipe before and after it was repaired. Excellent Service.

Have used Water Cloud Irrigation for a few years now and have always had quality work done. The guys on the team are all very good, they know what they are doing. Recently I had my drip system replaced/modified and they went over and above to do the project and even fix an issue I had with a drip line to a flower pot, which wasn't in the scope of work. Communication from the office is good and any issues, if there are any, are fixed promptly.

We had watercloud extend our sprinkler system in our backyard about 3 years ago due to some hydroseeding we had done on 1/2 an acre of our 1 acre lot. Our experience from the initial installation, right down to the service calls we've had to place here and there for unforseen issues and maintenance, has been top notch. It is now 2024 and the same great service is being provided. The interactions with Mauricio and his team have been pleasant every single time and our issues are always resolved and completed in a timely manner. Oscar and Armando from Water cloud irrigation team came promptly on time to review several changes we had in mind to make to our sprinkler system after a few landscaping changes we did in our backyard. They were thorough in their review of all sprinklers across several zones and kind to instantly fix any easy repairs right away. They left us with a very reasonable quote and the implementation team consisting of Jose and Tony came by the next day to make the actual changes. They both did quality work and were kind to accommodate last minute requests. They made sure they tested the system well and gave us a final walkthrough and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. Would certainly recommend this wonderful team.

We first had the team out in December 2023 to revamp our backyard irrigation. Edgar designed a perfect solution that turned our overloaded single zone into two perfectly balanced zones, and the crew completed the project within a day. Over a year later, the transformation in our backyard is phenomenal.

Today, we had WCI back to troubleshoot some dry patches in our front yard and replace several broken or ineffective nozzles. Daniel did a great job and helped guide us through options and recommendations with zero sales pressure.

We’re already planning to bring WCI back in the fall to keep everything in tip-top shape! 💦
