Update 2025 - I would not recommend
I used Mauricio for years for sprinkler work. He expanded and bought a landscaping business so last year I used him to replace all the grass in my yard. The work was done very poorly and the result is terrible. They had a clean slate, remove, grade, and replace. However, the result is no better than a pasture. I had him out several times asking for improvement but he doesn't take ownership of the issues. I recommend using Water Cloud for sprinklers but not landscaping

Recently used Water Cloud Irrigation for foundation drip line installation and had an excellent experience working with them. Mauricio promptly stopped by to survey the site and provided a quote explaining all the details on work they intend to do. I called them with some questions and Mary was kind enough to answer all my questions and scheduled installation appointment for me. She was polite, professional and very helpful throughout the process. Crew showed up on time on the installation day, explained all the work they plan to do and finished the work within few hours. They installed drip line around the house and connected the controls to my existing sprinkler system. Crew tested the system with me at the end and explained me all the details. Also, I had a leak in the front yard and the crew identified the issue and provided me a quote right away. They fixed the leak promptly and within 4 hours, all work (foundation and leak) was done. Very happy with my overall experience. These guys were responsive, professional and very reasonable. I reached out to multiple vendors and Water Cloud Irrigation gave me the best price. Highly recommend their service.

My experience with Water Cloud Irrigation has been awesome. I have used them for sprinkler system repair, they have installed a drip system around my foundation and have install my Christmas lights for several years. They are not the cheapest company but I believe you get what you pay for. They are professional, prompt and the customer service is outstanding.

Miguel and his team from WCI did a great job fixing broken sprinkler pvc pipes in my front yard. They found two other leaking pipes that I didn’t know about. Thorough job for a fair price. Will call them again in the future.

We called Water Cloud after seeing all the great reviews from NextDoor. So glad we did. Our irrigation system stopped working 3 days ago and Miquel’s from Water Cloud came out the same day we called. Amazing! He was very articulate, professional and asked all the correct questions. Within 10 minutes he found the issue. A wire had detached from our controller. Yea yea yea!!!! Fixed it immediately. They are our new company to call for landscaping and irrigation.

I just had a full system (9 zones) installed at my home and everything went great. I originally got quotes from 6 different companies, some of which were not at all competitive - Water Cloud was very competitive on price and provided a great system. Edgar did my original quote and worked with me from start to finish. I was especially impressed with how well the team kept me informed of how everything was going and was always quick to respond to me on any questions / issues I might have (other companied did not show anywhere near this level of communication, which is what really made the decision for me).
Even though this was a really big job, their team got it done in one day - even staying a bit late to get everything completed. Fantastic work - I would recommend to anyone looking for sprinkler installs or repairs!
