Reviews of local pros in Parker, Texas

I have used Water Cloud Irrigation for several years now. Each time, the experience is very positive. The office staff is very good at communicating with me and quickly arranges an appointment for the work to be done. Most recently, I requested the valves be replaced on my system (been in the ground since 1989). The office staff notified me of the date and time and Daniel and his crew showed up exactly at that time. Daniel and crew replaced 7 of the valves and then took me around to show me the work performed. I would like to add that Daniel was very patient answering my questions. Now I don't have to worry about the valves leaking and getting warnings from the City Of Allen about excessive water use. I have always been happy with the work performed by Water Cloud Irrigation and will be certain to use their services again in the future as needed. Thank you Water Cloud Irrigation and Daniel.

I've had Water Cloud Irrigation make repairs to my residential sprinkler system on 3 occasions within the last year. The office team was prompt in replying to my request for service and were able to schedule visits for the next day or two or on days that were most convenient for me. Each of the repairs were for water line breaks. Miguel lead the last 2 visits with 1 other technician. They quickly found the break in the line, dug it out, and replaced the damaged pipe and remade the electrical connections. They were careful to retain the sod before digging the holes for the repair. After verifying the repair and proper operation of my irrigation system, they filled in the hole, smoothed over the ground, and replaced the sod. Very good job! I hope I don't have a water line break again, but if I do then I'll definitely call Water Cloud Irrigation Service to fix it.

Great company! Would use again! Very competitive pricing. Good communication. They replaced some surface drain pipes for us and took great care when digging and left everything as tidy as they could.

Water Cloud has been my go to sprinkler company for over 7 years. I called for a sprinkler pipe leak and they sent Oscar out within a few hours. He did a great job completing the repair as well as a thorough inspection of all my sprinklers. Highly, highly recommend this company!

Had an experience working with this team to install my foundation irrigation and sprinkler system(9 zones) . They did a great job since day 1 explaining everything clearly and walking us through the process thanks to Edgar and Diana. There was no shady business or hidden fees. Installation done in 1 day and they left my yard spotless.
Later on, I decided that I like some adjustments being done and 2 days later, we had a tech stopped by and took care of it plus he took his time to explain nicely every question we had.
Really a 5 star experience.

Water Cloud Irrigation has been servicing our system for 6 years. Water Cloud has also built 2 flower beds around our pool deck. We are always pleased with their customer service and work product. We highly recommend Water Cloud Irrigation for all irrigation needs.

Edgar gave me an estimate, and his crew came out the next day. They cleaned out beds in the front, back, and along the side of the house of leaves, acorns and old mulch, and trimmed all shrubs. They also checked the irrigation system and did a repair at no charge. They were fast and efficient and did a great job. It looks great.

After living in our house almost 40 years, we began having drain issues with even just moderately heavy rain. Three times water came into the house & flooded 4 rooms. Edgar came to assess the situation & come up with a drain plan. This was a challenging problem to say the least. It was difficult to figure out why water was not escaping with the downspouts without actually observing what was happening during the rain. (Often times it rained in the night and visibility was difficult.) Edgar came to discuss the issues several times, as I gathered new information from observing during a rain. He was patient and gave the problem and lot of thought. Edgar & the Water Cloud Irrigation crew then worked tirelessly to install an underground drain & pump system. Their work is impressive. They are honest, professional, fair and will do whatever it takes to fix a problem. I highly recommend!

If you have the pleasure of working with Edgar and the Watercloud team, then your yard (and your wallet) will thank you. Very professional, hard working, and looks great. Highly recommend for landscape work, maintenance, and sprinkler.

I highly recommend Water Cloud Irrigation! Thank you very much Mauricio Soto and his team!
You went above and beyond to transform my new house into a home with a beautiful outdoor space.
Water Cloud Irrigation workers were attentive to all my ideas and vision throughout the entire project and executed it perfectly.
It's clear they take great pride in their work, and their professionalism was evident from the initial consultation right through to the project's completion.
Every time I step outside now, I am greeted by a beautifully landscaped yard that has become the envy of my neighbors.
If you're looking for top-quality landscaping and irrigation work, Water Cloud Irrigation is the best company to call!

I had initially contacted Mauricio this spring for an estimate on a drainage project and we ended up discussing a couple other projects we were considering. He gave his recommendations on the best ways to proceed without any pressure to make quick decisions. Fast forward the November when we were finally ready to pull the trigger and he was super quick to respond when I reached back out to him. He was able to start work within a week’s time and his crew was able to complete all three projects in 3-4 days. We are very pleased with the work that was done and I would highly recommend Water Cloud Irrigation for your next yard/landscaping/irrigation idea!

I cannot begin to express how great of employees this company has. Efrain and Gabriel specially, aince they were working today in Independce and Parker and they found my wallet on the floor. They went the extra mile and rang my doorbell to deliver my wallet personally. I cannot thank them enough!
