Brennen arrived on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He performed the service checks on both units on my property efficiently. Service contract worth every penny for “piece of mind.”

Champion and Nash came out and replaced our whole A/C and heating unit. Kevin, Rayshawn, and Joe did a very good job! We are very pleased with their work! Wade was also very professional coming in and checking everything at the end. The work was done with top notch precision. The unit and installation is much improved from what we had. Thank you! Brennen did a great job getting our HVAC up and running again. Apparently our pesky little capacitor had gone out. He diagnosed, repaired, and restored our AC/Heat. Courteous and clear with his communication throughout. Great experience!

Michael came to give me a quote to repipe all of our water lines. He was really friendly and professional, he was very thorough and made sure I understood everything and didn't have any questions. Angel did a great job this afternoon at my Mom's home. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what was needed to perform the services needed to complete the air conditioning installation. He is forwarding all information to his office to help with the decision on what will be needed to complete an installation. Great job.

David did a great job. Called to let me when he’d be here. Introduced himself and his company. Very thorough in checking the heating system. Showed me pictures of everything he found, both good and bad. And made suggestions. I would definitely recommend him to work on your system.

Zachary, Camryn, and Leena (I had forgotten her name, but it is as another receptionist that had answered my call who's name starts with an L) were outstanding.

As someone who has also worked in customer service, I can say that Camryn and Leena were amazing. They were amiable and efficient. They not only quickly helped me out over the phone, but also offered to follow up as needed.

Zachary was very professional and knowledgeable. He not only diagnosed the problem with our HVAC, but he also explained to us why the issue was happening, what to do about it in the future, and offered to come back to share with us information on replacing our dated system. Didn't feel rushed or like he was trying to push any products/services.

I was a big fan of the text service and protocol the company follows. As a homeowner with a busy schedule, they helped me feel at ease about timing and scheduling.

Justin Pifer is an outstanding representative of Champion and Nash, he quickly / cleanly remedied the specific issue related to my service call. Justin is extremely knowledgeable in HVAC applications / design / layout. He is also willing to answer all my questions. I was left with a high degree of trust after the service visit concluded and we were able to discuss and price out some future work I wanted done. It was a most helpful service call and I will request Justin specifically for future service calls.

my technician, Zach called in advanced to let me know he was on his way. Champion also called in the morning to confirm my appointment For the afternoon. Zach arrived promptly and asked me to describe the problem I was having which I appreciate it since things can get lost in translation when you call into an office. He took his time to do a thorough assessment of my furnace system, and then educated me on what the issues were with my system,showing me pictures. He then outlined possible options as well as the pros and cons of each alternative. He consulted with his manager on some questions that I had which I appreciated. He provided me multiple estimates for resolving my furnace issue. Zach was very personable, engaging Andknowledgeable. I would definitely want him to service my home again and would highly recommend him. Appreciate all your efforts Zach!

Albert came to do my A/C maintenance today, which is part of our maintenance plan. He went in my attic and checked everything out, and even changed my A/C filter while he was up there. Albert also went outside and checked everything out, giving my unit a clean bill of health. Albert was very polite and made himself available to answer any questions or concerns. Our Maintenance plan is very helpful checking twice a year for the heater and A/C. I feel very well cared for by all the technicians at Champion and Nash.

I’ve used Champion and Nash the past couple years for yearly HVAC maintenance and a couple AC issues. Always great service and easy and quick scheduling. Professional service people. This time I AC issue and Kevin diagnosed and fixed the problem . He was very friendly and professional.

We use Champion and Nash for all our AC and heating needs. Brennen was our technician today and he is always friendly, thorough and respectful. It was just a yearly AC check today but they do all our repairs and recently replaced our heat system and all the old ductwork. They did a great job. I highly recommend.

Moreover, he made any necessary service recommendations and took the time to answer my questions without being “sales-y” or impatient. Great experience with Enzo from Champion and Nash. After a competitor failed to diagnose any issue, Enzo quickly diagnosed and explained exactly what was going on. No idea why the other company ignored the now obvious blinking error light and damage to the blower motor. He took time to explain thoroughly and offer different repair options. All within hours of requesting service today. This is a company you can trust. 100% would use them for future HVAC repair. For reference, this is a picture of the big-ass package unit he helped with next to a normal size unit.

Addendum to previous post. New blower motor arrived and was just put in today. Enzo came right when he said he would, completed the repair fast, verified its working completely, and answered ALL my questions. Top notch follow up to my issue.

Champion and Nash has been doing my scheduled maintenance inspections. I have no complaints with anything they've done. They've never been pushy on selling other services and always seem thorough. Today Justin came to do our heater inspection. He did a great job and answered any questions we had. He even went over what to keep an eye on as our system ages to keep repair costs down. The 24/7 attention they provide has gotten me out of several emergencies, not to mention that they have several channels to contact me through. The best thing about this company is their team, with great attention and dedication, they give us a timely response to all our requirements.

Thanks to Turbo Plumbing, my AC is up and running again! They did a great job fixing my clogged condenser coil. and getting everything back in working order.
