Lakota came to diagnose our AC problem. It didn’t take him long and he showed me a video he had made of the leaking coil that needs to be replaced. That may take a couple of weeks to get the parts needed, but I was pleased with the time it took him to find the problem and he assured me it could be repaired as soon as I they get the parts. luckily, we’re in winter months so the AC is not as urgent as it would be in the summer. There was no charge until the repair is completed. It will be over $2000.

Noah was very professional and courteous. He was prompt and had everything he needed with him including an additional check that I asked for on the spot. He was very tidy and cleaned up after everything was done.

Enzo was great. He asked if we’d used our heater (you know that in the Houston area you sometimes have to use the heater at night and in less than 12 hours you’re using the air conditioner) and if we had any issues.
We’ve been very fortunate that the technicians always explain while they are serving our system. They don’t explain in a way that we need to be a/c technicians to understand.

Steven was extremely helpful in dealing with my Mr. Cool mini split refrigerant leak. he came out on a Saturday, the same day I discovered the issue, and fixed it on the spot. I highly recommend him!

Noah Vega was excellent very knowledgeable and professional and very nice arrived on time finished in timely manner and answered all my questions. Would ask for him next time need service. He explained thoughly what he did without me asking.

Five star!! The HVAC tech Angel was fantastic — punctual, professional, and incredibly detailed. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t rush the visit. Very happy I chose the membership!

Champion and Nash are our HVAC company for the church I where I am the building manager. We have had nothing but good results with them and their techs. The tech manager Paul and his crew are all attentive and keep us informed. Rick is our main tech and takes such good care of us that I would trust him with just about anything. Our church just turned 70 and Rick treats it with the utmost care and expeditiously gets things fixed. We are ecstatic with this company’s continued professional care and honest work. Zach was great! Arrived on time, put his boot covers on before entering and resolved my problem in less than an hour (replaced thermostat). Also, I enjoyed the discount and priority service that comes with my membership.

Lakota was very knowledgeable about the mini split issues. Most importantly he was very thorough in testing the unit, analyzing the data to try to figure out what went wrong. It was a cold and windy afternoon, but that had not stopped him from climbing up the ladder and meticulously testing the different components. Afterwards, he was very clear in explaining his assessment and all sounded very logical. We have tried multiple technicians from other highly rated companies, but none was as helpful, diligent and patient like Lakota.

Enzo was very courteous and helpful. He Promise to let me know the size of the filters so I could order some as well as whether or not it needed to be replaced however, he left without providing that or a copy of the report of his findings so I’m left to wonder beyond just the “it’s fine”

Kevin was a joy to work with this evening!! He was efficient in letting us know when he would be here and getting here on time which is a big plus because everybody’s schedules are busy. Zach did a diagnostic check on the AC and heating system and provided cost associated with repairing the old system vs buying a new AC system. He was honest and very patient at explaining all the AC mechanical issues, and provided cost estimates to fix the problem. My wife and I will definitely choose Zach to install a new AC system when we make our decision on purchasing a new AC system.
