This company called me on my personal cell out of the blue and knew me name. I asked if they were trying to sell me something and they said no. They wanted to come over and inspect my roof to try to get some business. I told them I had just gotten a new roof and asked them how they got my name and number. They refused to answer even after I asked them twice and then they hung up on me. So unprofessional and rude. I would never use a company with such hostile and unprofessional marketing tactics. Shame on them!!!

Great first new roof experience with Ascension Roofing. They worked with the insurance company from start to finish, and constructed a great roof. Even had follow up visits from Jim checking in after a storm.

Stay away!!! When it was time to deliver they ran away with our money. They may have good reviews(which is now suspect) but just in this one transaction you can tell the company is one to avoid. They started out friendly and helpful but things turned sour quickly once they couldnt deliver. They were to install my roof but needed HOA approval. Finally after one year, we got the HOA approval. When we thought we were going to install the roof, they said they couldnt put the roof around the turrets because they couldn't find an installer. This was the first time they said that to us. When they told us they couldnt find the installer we eventually requested a refund. How is our faults that they couldnt find an installer or couldnt put the roof we spent 1 year getting approval for around the turrets . Thats what they were getting paid to do. Anyways they claimed they spent time so they wouldnt give a refund. The problem with that statement is if they knew they couldnt install the roof around the turrets or there wasnt an installer then they should have told us before taking our money and wasting their time. They pretty much took our money, couldnt deliver and then claimed they spent time. Typical company that claims they can do everything and then backtracks. My advice, even if you have to pay extra for another company, its worth it.

Before Harvey our roof was hit by a wind storm, during Harvey our roof started leaking even more, our ceiling was falling apart. The insurance company denied and denied our claim, a year went by and we received a call and it was Ascension Roofing. They informed me they had a law firm on staff and could assist in starting the claim back up. Several weeks later we had a new roof. Ascension sent a team over and 2 days later just like that a new roof. Thank you. Edward was our Salesman and super to work with.

Lindie is a very warm, friendly, professional, informative and efficient, representative that has from the beginning exhibited her goal for total customer satisfaction, while making sure the process from start to finish, went as smoothly as possible in achieving our new roof! Lindie and her team handled the insurance claim and met with the insurance adjuster on site for a thorough damage assessment And evaluation of repair. Alfredo, the job site coordinator is conscientious and diligent, sensitive to making sure the results were outstanding. We also appreciate how polite, skilled and thorough, the gentleman actually doing the construction and roofing were, taking great care to remove all debris and nails, leaving the site clean.

When called set up appt right away answered all questions. Explained the difference in types of material being used then what the cost would be if financing was available etc. Job was done in timely manner (1 day). Even clean up was great. Would recommend to family & friends
