They were great to work with. Everything was done on time and looked great. They cleaned up so well, we couldn't tell they were even here except for perfect new roof. A big THANK YOU to their team!

Hugo and Chris provided me with incredible customer service and my roof came out perfect. Coupled with the fact that Hugo spent 10 years as an insurance adjuster made the experience that much better as he helped me navigate through all the craziness that is trying to get fair payment for my repairs. Highly recommended. Never going though anyone else for insurance based repairs.

We can’t say enough great things about Chris and Knight Roofing! Chris made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish—he clearly explained everything, handled all the communication with our insurance company and adjuster, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him, we didn’t have to lift a finger when it came to reopening our hurricane claim, and he was able to get full approval for a new roof.

The crew was professional and efficient, completing both our house and garage roof in just one day. Knight Roofing made getting our roof replaced an absolute breeze, and Chris truly went above and beyond. Chris Diaz and Knight Roofing are amazing!. They helped me with the entire process from filing a claim to installing a brand new beautiful roof. Even when my insurance didn't want to replace the whole roof they guided me with being able to get my entire roof replaced!

Hugo, Chris, and the rest of the team at knight roofing were incredibly patient navigating insurance. I was very impressed by their tenacity in advocating for repairs and not giving in. It took almost six months of negotiating but I really felt like I had an advocate on my side, advising me on what to do and try in order to convince the insurance company that we had damages.

When the insurance finally approved the repairs, the team did an amazing job of reroofing, replacing, and, most importantly, cleaning up after themselves. They meticulously cleaned my entire yard, as well as my neighbors, to make sure every nail, shingle, and piece of underlayment was disposed of properly.

From the beginning to the end, knight roofing communicated what they were going to do and when. I felt empowered taking on the insurance company with their help and their commitment to doing what’s right.
