Had Josh from Shield Roofing come out to give advice on my aging asphalt shingle roof. I was most impressed with his inspection using a drone rather than walking the roof. His written report and summary was detailed, comprehensive and included many color close-up photos. Josh recommend some needed maintenance and minor repair to extend the life of the roof. I appreciated his honesty. The maintenance & repair were completed in the next several days. Price I thought was reasonable. I will definitely be calling Shield Roofing again when it comes time to replace the roof.

This management company is not in touch with their staff on any level. Having the staff unsupervised and making up their own rules for the pools is the most unprofessional business structure I’ve ever been subject to. Our HOA president and treasurer will 100% be notified of this and I ensure we will not have this company back at our subdivision moving forward. I advise all that consider this company to look into it first and ensure you’re not putting your residents in this same situation.

Built a metal raised platform for the equipment. The experience was great. Although there was a delay in getting the parts, Steven kept me informed and brought a temporary filter for the pool during the process. I am very pleased with the final product. Solid work. Highly recommended.
