He was constant communication. He provided us with a very detailed day to day itinerary of what was planned. He was in touch with the city and took care of permits and was always ahead when it came to inspections. Despite the weather there were no delays. He held our hand through the entire process. We also got multiple quotes and his was the most reasonable. We have already recommended him to several family members, friends and neighbors.

Steven designed my back yard in ground pool. He really did an excellent job working with a small area. The pool looks amazing! I talked to other pool owners in the community about their pool installation experience and no one received the service I did. Steven made this job turnkey. SOUTHERN TEXAS POOLS
After many weeks of researching pool companies in the Houston area we finally decided on Southern Texas Pools and they did not disappoint. Steve and Max were incredibly knowledgeable and explained the process clearly with no hidden cost. We started out with just a pool addition but ended up doing a complete yard/patio transformation. All the crews that were a part of the build process was very professional and did a fantastic job. Max was a breath of fresh air and was very helpful when we couldn’t decide on tile choices and colors. His expertise helped tie everything together. Him and Steve were always available to answer questions and was here on sight weekly and communicated with us daily. The final results exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to make memories and hear lots of giggles in the years to come. We highly recommend Southern Texas Pools!

We met with several builders and Southern Texas Pools was by far the most multifaceted builders offering not just pools they offered a plethora of options fire pits, turf, landscaping, outdoor kitchens and all the upgrades led specialty lighting, audio and video basically the total package. 5 stars

Steven and his team are beyond awesome, I personally reached out to about 8-10 different companies and we ultimately decided on Southern Texas Pools. Steven is a go getter and takes pride in his work checking in almost daily and making sure the work is going and being done to his specification. He estimated 4-6 weeks once the build starts that we would be swimming. We hit exactly 4 weeks and we were swimming the next day. Kyle, who does the pool school is also very knowledgable and walks you through the whole process of your new equipment.

Steven is amazing and very professional !! He was always attentive , answered all our questions , and always made us feel very comfortable in the whole process from start to finish. He told us that it would take between 4-6 weeks for the pool to be completed , and he sure delivered . We were swimming by week 4. We love our pool, couldn’t be happier . We are so happy with our pool. Steven and his team were very attentive and responded immediately anytime I had questions. We changed the design several times, and Steven was so patient with us. Steven Garcia is one of the best in the industry. My wife and I built a pool with Steven in 2023. The process was smooth and our pool was ready in about 6 weeks. We have a wide easement and a small backyard. Steven designed a great pool, maximized the space and the pool is a perfect size for our family. After completing the design and obtaining the necessary approvals, his hardworking crews were able to execute this vision to near perfection and earlier than the timeframe that he had given us. During the entire build process, Steven was always checking in, monitoring the progress and fixing any issues that were encountered. Steven and his team did an amazing job building our dream pool! He took my crazy ideas/drawings on a napkin and brought them to life! Our Pickelball/basketball court, our massive waterfall, our 15 people oversized hot tub, swim up bar area and the show stopper sun ledge all came out amazing! Steven held our hands and treated us like family from the start of the process all the way till through and still takes my calls months later. His attention to detail and out of this world customer service is the reason I rate them a glowing 5 stars!
