Such a pleasure to deal with! I was able to book an appointment quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. They showed up on time and worked quickly! Prices are very reasonable, and there were no hidden costs or fees like you get with so many other companies. The carpet looks brand new! I was going to post a picture, but as soon as they left the dog left muddy paw prints on it... Figures. But since their prices are so affordable, I'll be able to have them back to clean them again soon.

Best company! I’m a local Realtor and my clients use Pearwood pretty often. I’ve been recommending them for about 7 years now. They also clean at my own home here and there for a little refresh. Today I reached out to Charlie in the early afternoon and he was able to come within several hours. We’ve been dealing with the tummy bug from my son and on top of all the laundry I didn’t want to shampoo the rug as well. One room leads to many…and then to a backache. lol.

I'd highly recommend using Pearwood Carpet. They were very professional, did a great job of pre spotting the whole carpet and carpets are amazingly clean. Pricing was about 40% of national brands. Plan to use them to clean our tile grout at a later date.

We were referred to Charles by a friend in Pearland and decided to try him out after seeing positive reviews. Although he was initially reluctant to come to Katy, he agreed after I offered the $50 travel fee he requested.
Charles is hardworking, but unfortunately, the service didn’t meet our expectations. None of the carpet stains were removed, and the cleaning felt rushed. It seemed like basic vacuuming with water—something we could have done ourselves. He didn’t use any specialized chemicals or techniques to treat the stains and only applied a liquid for a few minutes, which had no effect and lacked attention to problem areas.
Additionally, he didn’t do a proper job on the stairs and missed cleaning the stair faces, which was disappointing.
If you're just looking for a basic carpet wash without expert stain or odor treatment, Charles might be a fit. But if you need deeper cleaning or stain removal, I’d recommend seeking additional help.
