i have used this pool cleaning service for quite a while and i have never been happier. They are easy to work with when it comes to my dog being in the yard, which made a big difference for me. My previous pool service would not accommodate that at all. dale and the crew are thorough, honest, and dependable, and they always keep me informed about any cleaning, equipment service, or needed repairs. They do a great job with skimming, brushing, and keeping the water balanced, and my pool stays clear and ready for the hot weather in Pearland. i would definitely recommend their pool service to anyone looking for reliable and professional care.

I had a scheduled carpet cleaning that I took off work for for them to not show up or call me , I had to call them to find out they weren’t coming.

First time using this company. I got an appointment right away, and Kim was very professional and efficient! Will definitely use them again.

I have used Jetty Carpet Cleaning a couple of times and so far so good. The first time they came out they did a good job. After a couple of days I noticed there were a few areas that needed touch up. They came over again, cleaned the whole area for a second time at no charge and the stains were gone!

Since they did such a good job I decided to use them again. After they left yesterday I noticed a couple of areas that may need touch up. Apparently it takes a few days for the solution to set in. If the stains are not gone by then I will have them come out and touch up again.

Overall I’m fairly happy with their service.

They do excellent work.We are very happy with the way the carpet and tile look.We’ve had 2 other companies before and they did a horrible job.Will only use Jetty carpet cleaning from now on.Stephen did an excellent job.

They were honest and upfront about pricing and we’re quick to come out. The gentleman I had was great with communicating with me upon arrival, and once he arrived we did a quick walk through, got everything out of his way( kids and cat) and let him work peacefully. He was respectful and amazing! So glad I made this decision.

As a multifamily property, it is great to work with such hardworking vendors. These guys are on every job, anytime we need them, and easily accommodate our ever changing schedules. They are truthful up front about whether or not a carpet can be saved, even if that means they lose out on a “sale”. They’ve brought several units of carpet back to life, when I was convinced that they were shot! Outstanding and a pleasure doing business with. When I called them, I thought my carpet was in a hopeless state and I wanted to rip it out because it would never come clean. Andrew explained how Jetty could help and when my technician Stephen arrived, he worked a miracle. I’m so happy!!! They went above and beyond and I’m so grateful. Don’t waste your time/money going with anyone else. My only regret is I didn’t take before/after pics. Blown away by the results. Far EXCEEDED my expectations.
