The service from the initial call to schedule to the completion was great. Received text/calls to confirm and kept me updated on time of arrival and was actually earlier than expected. Our technician did an awesome job and was very fast!

I was called 15-30 minutes before arriving which is a great for my schedule. The tech asked me some questions and I showed him the carpet that needed cleaned and the patches I needed. He was upfront about not being able to clean the areas I needed. I’ve had a few companies come out before and just clean and charge me for no real results. These guys sakes me time and money. He recommended just replacing the carpet. Very knowledgeable and honest. I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

Great service! Kim was informative and professional! He noticed we have a cat tree and made sure the cat was away safe since they had to have the door open. The floors look great! I will definitely be using them again!

The point of using them was not achieved, and the guy kept blaming the carpet had warn out, but a different company got the stain out of my carpet and made it look better. All they did was leave patterns on my carpet, a complete waste!!!

I wish I would have got a before picture. My toddler had destroyed our carpet and I thought we might need to replace it but Kim came and completed my carpet within 16 minutes and did an amazing job. It looks brand new like the day we had it installed, couldn’t be happier. And their customer service is top tier. I was asleep the first day they were scheduled to clean it and they had no problem coming back today to get it done. Kim even offered to help move furniture if I needed the help. Definitely would contact them again for any other carpet cleaning I might need in the future.

Called Jetty in the morning and they came out to clean my carpets that afternoon. Nicholas ,their technician, was very friendly and professional and went right to work. He cleaned 5 bedrooms and 2 hallways. He did a great job cleaning our carpets and we are very happy with the service he provided. We highly recommend Jetty Carpet Cleaning to others for their carpet cleaning needs. 5 star service company!

The Technicians arrived within a timely manner. They were professional and even shared a family story. They finished my carpets quickly without any over powering smells. I feel like I’m getting new carpet. There was some construction 🚧 going on in my home and wanted to get out any dust and dirt left behind. I’ll truly use them again after the holidays. They are truly an asset!!

Had master bedroom carpet cleaned that was not in bad shape and basically looked no different after the cleaning. Had moved some lightweight chairs to vacum before they arrived and they were not moved around and the carpet in that area wasn’t cleaned at all. Not worth the $135 fee and despite the “great reviews” would never use again. Moved a mini fridge out before they arrived and discovered stains on the carpet. The tech sprayed the stains and said they probably wouldn’t improve much. I have since gotten the stains out the “professional” couldn’t handle.
