Had a mixed experience with this company. On the one hand, Louis was great - professional, friendly, and attentive to his customer's needs. Unfortunately, the other workers who installed the unit in my attic were completely unprofessional. They lied about finishing the job on time, broke my mailbox post without even acknowledging it, and left the old unit still up there. Luckily, my son pointed out the oversight during a final walkthrough, and Louis took care of it.

As a disabled veteran, I'm grateful that Louis was understanding and accommodating. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The company did make things right by covering the cost of fixing my mailbox and giving me a gift card to a nice restaurant. But then, after all was said and done, I discovered that someone had unplugged my freezer - ruining everything inside. I called Louis again, and he informed management about the issue.

Despite their efforts to rectify the situation, I never received a follow-up call from the company. The lack of communication is concerning, which is why I wouldn't recommend this company without hesitation.

Don't bother with these guys, they'll just create problems to justify a hefty bill. Our reliable AC company was taken over by them, and we called for summer maintenance. Someone showed up, but instead of fixing the issue, they made it worse. They told us our main unit needed $1400 in Freon because those units that were working fine before were somehow low on the stuff.

We questioned this and asked the owner how units that were running perfectly until their technician arrived could suddenly be lacking Freon. We wanted someone else to come out, which they did. The new service guy told us our main unit needed a new compressor for $2400. Again, we asked how those working fine before could need such an expensive repair.

We ended up calling another company, who came and fixed the wiring issues they'd created and put 2lbs of Freon in the unit. It's been working perfectly ever since.

This company is dishonest and provides subpar service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They're a total rip-off.
