Don't bother shopping here if you are not part of their Club. Square D is worse than the mafia.
-
Extremely overpriced.
@Greybar 3/4 reducing bushings = $9.95
@Crawford 3/4 reducing bushings = $0.54 -
The num is disconnected and the company doesn't exist no more

I was working out of town and had to have parts late in the afternoon these folks waited for me a half hour after closing to make sure I had what I needed. They loaded me up and even checked my order in another town.Their counter area was well stocked and laid out first class.

Miracle workers here! If they have it they will move oceans to get it for you, if they don't they will give you a realistic timeframe on getting it and still move oceans to get it for you!
These gentlemen are true professionals and absolutely wonderful to do business with -
Im giving them one star because of Very BAD customer service. I order black, white and red 4 gauge wire to be picked up the nexts day. They (Billy Bownds) told me yesterday it's on order and you can come by a pick up today at will call, anytime after 6 am. Came by to pick up materials was not here. He's excused was a glitch in the system and my order was lost. I asked Billy how can he help and try to make it right as I explain I'm will loose money on a job. Billy did not even try to make it right or help, poor customer service, not to mention very unprofessional. Asked for a manger and BOOM he was able to help and made it right. Now it's funny my order will be able to be picked up today. Thanks to the manger.

New Graybar office off of Pecan customer service is TERRIBLE! The Will Call is extremely slow. Before I got there people had been waiting 20 minutes. They need more help. I was late to a job waiting on them. They had 1 person working.
-
I have shopped at Graybar many times both in my professional career and my personal life. I have never experienced any issues here. I will say that just like most places these days, there can be a wait before they can assist you, mainly because they are busy helping others. Keep doing what y'all are doing, no complaints here!

When you call them they say they no longer have counter sales. And the original location is only offices. So you have to jump through multiple hoops just to try and get something. You can buy over a counter at any other graybar. On top of that it shuts down at 4:00 even though everything online says 5:00. All the things that used to be convenient for a graybar are now being done away with. And absolute waste of time

The easiest way to install a new plug for a wall mounted TV would be to cut holes in the wall to get the wiring to the new location. The techs were willing to figure out a way to go up to attic and back down wall and avoid extra repair work. I was impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. They wired my new house for the builder, and I will continue to call on Powerhouse for future needs.

I had a great experience with Tate out of the Marble Falls area. He fixed the flickering lights in my home. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything working perfectly in no time. He also took the time to explain what caused the problem and made sure I was comfortable with the fix. It’s such a relief to have reliable lighting again! I highly recommend Powerhouse Electrical Services to anyone needing a skilled and trustworthy electrician.

If Powerhouse Electric did the electrical work on your home, whether you hired them or your builder did I'd strongly recommend having an independent electrician inspect their work. A kitchen GFCI outlet kept tripping, killing power to 80% of the outlets in my kitchen even after the GFCI outlet itself was replaced.
I eventually had an independent electrician come out, and what they found was alarming. A loose neutral connection at the breaker panel that was visibly burnt and five additional loose connections throughout. A genuine fire hazard sitting in my walls.
I'm sharing this because loose connections and burnt wiring pose a serious risk to your home and your family's safety. If Powerhouse Electric did the electrical work on your home whether you hired them or your builder did I'd strongly recommend having an independent electrician inspect their work. -
Tate Pfanmiller is my super in my community, and he has been absolutely amazing to work with and is super responsive, always onto of any issue that comes up, but most of the time he lets me know of the issue before hand. I wish I could have him in every one of my communities. He makes everyone around him better with his leadership and work ethic.

-
it smells bad and they had very few things available
-
Worst company to deal with .Staff is very rude . they even agree that common sense is no common. super illiterate and uneducated people.
-
Nothing but problems, multiple visits to correct simple problems, no planning skills, and always make a mess of things. Go with ANYONE else.
