He arrived within minutes of the starting time of a 2-hour arrival window (which surprised the heck out of me!), was both friendly and professional, cleaned and inspected my neglected chimney. My house was not occupied for a long time before I bought the place, and the chimney and fireplace alike clearly were never serviced before it went on the market, so he had a LOT to deal with, but he was unfazed by the scope of the job. I'd forgotten to mention I wanted to get a quote for chimney cap! my house is 2 stories tall with crazy metal Roof, Chimney star was able to give me the best price out of 3 different companies. After the successful Chimney sweep and cap installation, I’ve hired Chimney star to install new Gas fireplace and new marble facing for the fireplace and. WOOW I was so pleased with the final result!!!! From the beginning communication was great and the prices were very affordable. Tom clearly knows what he's about and did a fantastic Job.

Job: evaluate & repair gas fireplace with direct vent. Roman disassembled the fpl, evaluated all the mechanical and non-mechanical parts, and put a plan in place to repair. This was made more difficult because the mfr was no longer in business and the fpl had to be fully mechanically rebuilt. Parts came in ahead of time and he worked late into the evening to make sure everything was installed properly and checked for safety. We could not have asked for a finer job.

We recently hired Chimney star - Chimney Sweep for a large fireplace & masonry Repair and they did a magnificent job. Our experience with Moses, who sold us the project, and Jessica who worked with us from the office side, was met with patience quality and professionalism.Moses exceeded any expectations that I had. His assistant Jackson was great as well. Both Moses and Jackson respected the covid mask wearing request, as well, and were very professional and clean while working in our home. They left the place so clean when it was all done, too. We had hired Chimney Star in the past for chimney sweep, Dryer Vent and Air Duct cleaning and still continue to use them for that as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had our chimney cover, siding, liner, and fire box repaired as well as replacing our gas log starter. The Chimney Star team was excellent from the initial inspection to scheduling to executing the repair. Wonderful service all around. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
