I have been using Evenaire for quite a few years now. Jennifer and Nick are extremely kind and make me feel like they really do care. They installed a new hvac system for me. And came out and replaced the blower motor under warranty when it stopped working. Recently my system started blowing warm air and even though they were out of town they made a serious effort to help me over text so I wouldn't have to endure the heat. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I definitely recommend them if you are having issues with your ac/heater.

This company is the way to go when it comes to a cost efficient, high quality job! Jennifer, the lady who made the appointment, was SUPER nice and made sure to give me multiple availability options to see what best fit my need. After the appointment was scheduled, which was for the next day, she informed me I should receive a call from the technician when he is on his way then he would present a diagnostic of the issue and offer different repair options based on what I'd like to have done. The following day i received a call from the technician saying he was on the way. When Nick arrived he asked me to show him where the thermostat was and where the outside unit was. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor after verifying with me that I wanted to proceed. He said this would fix my issue but was not the only issue. He told me that the motor was also damaged and showed me how it had become unbalanced and was causing a wobble. We scheduled a follow up visit for the next day to get the motor replaced and it was the same wonderful experience.

Everyone in this company is so wonderful, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was such a relief to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of AC work.

We called Evenaire late on a Friday night. They were able to come out on Saturday and check our A/C unit, which had stopped getting cool. The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was patient with me as I asked questions and he diagnosed/took care of the issue quickly. He explained the problem and let me know what we need to be doing to help the unit maintenance-wise. We have used a few different companies in the past but I think we found one we will stick with now.

Evenaire came quickly, solved our immediate problem and took us through a badly needed new system… they are polite, prompt, and very helpful! They are our “HVAC guys” now! I highly recommend them!

Professional and quality is hard to find, but everyone I interacted with was very nice and informative. Nick provided several options to meet our needs for an AC cooling and heating. My mother’s A/C went out at 6pm and they went beyond the call of duty by coming out that night diagnosing the issue and then searching their warehouse to find the control board. By 8:30 they had her A/C running ! We really appreciate their help ! They are a Godsend.

We had our ac go out in late May. After struggling to get on the schedule to even get a quote from our regular maintenance provider, a friend recommended Evenaire. They came out to give a quote promptly the next morning, worked on addressing system issues we had had previously, and completed the install within 48 hours. It was amazing service by Nick and the team! They also were able to find several rebate programs to help defray the costs.

Wow! I am super lucky, I noticed that the overflow drain was dripping constantly, I called Evenaire, spoke with Jennifer. Evenaire installed my total unit 6 years ago AND Jennifer worked me, I called at 10 am, AND then at noon Nick from Evenaire A/C was at my home! He went straight to work, luckily it was just the overflow pan, the a/c unit is only 6 years old, the service was spot on!! HUGE customer service and professionalism. We had no a/c in our house for a month due to insurance questioning everything that we had submitted to them. Jennifer and Nick went above and beyond by providing our insurance with clarification of work recommended. They provided fast service once work was approved. We recommend Evenaire to everyone that is having a/c issues. Small company with the big bang of a big one.

Great service at affordable prices! I was using another well known company, but their pricing got out of control. I’ve called Evenaire a few times and they’ve been awesome. Most recently, my unit had to be replaced that was under warranty, they worked tirelessly to get the company to honor the warranty and get the unit for me. Thanks Evenaire!

I am remotely managing a family home in Texas, and am so happy a neighbor recommended Evenaire to me. They did great service on 2 aging units, and what really surprised me - looked up the warranty policy on the units (which I didn't know I had) which resulted in nice savings. Nick and the two technicians Kendall & Flint were awesome installing our new Lennox Heat&Cool unit. They were friendly and took their time explaining how the new Lennox system works. We had our main aircondiioner unit (compressor/condnenser, evaporator, and furnace replaced. Nick's installation team was quick, courteous and professional. A job well done. I will use them when I need to replace my upstairs unit.

We have been customers of Evenaire since 2015. Very knowledgeable. Pure and simple, we call/text they come out that day to address the issue. They are on top of their communication with the customers. Our AC was not working on a Sunday in late June, I heard my AC breakdown early in the morning. Texted Evenaire and they were out at our house that afternoon, Nick knew within 30 seconds the issue. He was in and out in 45 minutes. The house was cooled off by early evening. Definitely recommend these fine people for all the AC/HVAC needs.

We have an older system that needed an upgrade as it was probably on its last leg. We had tried a couple of companies that were not able to help us because of the limited space were the unit was located in the attic. My wife reached to out to Evenaire and Jennifer reassured her that they could find a solution. Nick came out and evaluated the unit and was able to provide a unit that would fit our needs. It was definitely a challenge given the limited space, the tech team that came out were really determined to get the job done. They were both great and did a great job. Highly recommend Evenaire! Family owned business that really cares and they take good care of customers. They came highly recommended to me and I’m so glad! I got quotes from a couple other places but the customer service didn’t come close to Evenaire. Will tell everyone who needs HVAC work done…this is the place!

Jennifer and Nick are a pleasure to work with. Our house was struck my lightening causing a/c repair. Jennifer is prompt with responses and will go above and beyond to ensure that the correct parts are obtained to make the necessary repairs. Nick does not mind answering questions and always does quality work. He installed a temporary thermostat until our new thermostat arrived so that my family did not have to suffer in the Texas heat. They will always be our go to!!

Jennifer sent her team the next day and got everything fixed all in the same day with good news after the initial quote that the unit was still under warranty and that I would only have to pay for the labor! Great honest company to have your hvac serviced! Highly recommend!
