Ramon came by to do our winter furnace inspection today. He was great! He checked out the entire system in Detail and went over all the specs and readings to ensure that our brand new furnace units were in tiptop shape. I hope to see him back here in the summer for another great inspection!

I scheduled an inspection to check the HVAC because there's mold growing on the unit. The inspector, Ramon, did a thorough job going through the HVAC, attic, and outside unit. He spent about an hour doing the inspection and then went through all the things that needed to be fixed. Would recommend!

They got to me early, called ahead of time to make sure I could be there, and the technician Ramon was sitting outside waiting for me to get there. Ramon was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. He gave recommendations and did a thorough check of the inside and outside unit and also checked insulation in the attic. We have worked with this company multiple times now and they're officially our go-to for heating and cooling services. Our heat downstairs stopped working yesterday and it was freezing! We texted them EOD Sunday, they responded first thing Monday, and sent Ramon over the same day. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, get us a replacement part, and get it installed FAST. Ramon was super professional, friendly, took the time to clearly explain everything and go over the work, and provided excellent service overall. 10/10 highly recommend and thank you again!

I must admit the guys who came out were very polite courtious and amazing at fixing my repairs. Will was the tech and he had a shadow admin guy with him to observe. Both very nice. Will did the job and stayed on top of it. After several hours the job was complete and the work looked amazing. Well worth the price as it may take another 25 years to replace the spickett again.
