My old AC unit recently went out and I used Grande Air Solutions to install a replacement system. Everyone from the company I spoke with from the beginning to the end of the process was curteous and professional. Daniel, the technician, did a great job of explaining the install process and gave me good tips on general maintenance of the new system. John, the general manager, was willing to work with me on pricing and got his crew scheduled very quickly to minimize the time my home wasn't cooled. I definitely recommend these folks if you're in need of AC work.

My AC stopped working, so I needed a technician ASAP. I searched for local companies and decided to choose Grande Air Solutions due to their 4.9 star rating and customer reviews. They sent a tech out within a matter of a few hours. Izzy was great! He was very professional, and took the time to explain things to me. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the AC unit up an running in no time. I highly recommend this company and Izzy!

Leaving this company only a five star review feels like an insult…There should be more stars available for the service you get with these guys. I stumbled upon them on accident and as a brand new customer they treated me like I’ve been with them for years. I’m a real estate investor and this is now where I refer ALL of my clients, and use every time on my own properties. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and Kassidy, you are amazing!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Bryan from Grande Air Solutions, out of the Pflugerville location. From the moment he arrived, he was nothing short of professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our thermostat was on the fritz, and Bryan made sure to take care of everything. He truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and his promptness and expertise helped us avoid a bigger problem.

What stood out the most was how easy the entire team was to work with. We received a call ahead of time with an accurate ETA, which made it so much easier to plan our day around Bryan’s arrival. I really appreciated that level of communication and professionalism. Bryan and his team made a potentially stressful situation so much smoother, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. It took me a while to write this review as I felt the company was going to do right by there actions. After reading several reviews with the same problem as mine I decided to write a review.

I purchased an new AC unit including installation for 11K and not even 4 years ago it stopped working. I also have to add that when they put it in they immediately had to come back out because they switched something backwards during installation. At that time they were timely and professional.

Now on 3/13/25, I called Grande Air as they are the original installers. Crystal came out to diagnose the problem, she was sweet and told me I needed a Coil and TXV replaced. They stated the coil was under warranty but I would need to pay 1750 for labor and refrigerant as there is a new refrigerant that would need to be put in my system Fine- I agreed. They then had 3 more people touching my system because they could not figure out the problem. Lastly Daniel came and explained to me that when they were putting in the coil and was supposed to release something at the compressor side they did not and now my compressor is damaged. Oh but that is under warranty as well but not the labor or refrigerant, now the cost has risen to 2800.

I asked to speak to the owner of the company on two separate occasions to only be told he is out of town on a conference and a manager of the team called and stated that is the best they can do to fix it and I am getting cheap. I then stated I should start speaking to a lawyer in order to know my rights and the man said I have choices. How unprofessional is that. I had a choice to select Grande Air in the beginning due to their raving reviews. After 4 years prices have gone up but quality of work has gone down. I would never refer this company to anyone.

Mind you its been 6 weeks and still not fixed. I have my grandson's birthday party held at my house because I was promised they would fix it by April 26, 2025. We have now purchased portable AC units to keep our cool in some areas. I am seeking another HVAC company to repair what they have damaged because at this point I don't trust the company will fix the problem.

How about calling me to address the situation as I have asked the owner to call several times and no response

Bryan provided us with exceptional service. He was able to explain why a chronic problem another company was unable to solve was occurring and give us options on next steps. Very glad we called Grande for a second opinion! He was very professional and knowledgeable. We will be switching to Grande for all our HVAC work going forward after our experience with him

We came home to our AC not working and called Grande Air. Within two hours Krystal showed up and worked for about two hours to clear a clogged drain line. She was courteous, considerate and wore booties in the house, and did a fantastic job. Their pricing was very fair and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

As a follow up, we had Eric and Brian come out to do further drain cleaning and they were equally fantastic. Thanks to the whole Grande team - your responsiveness and hard work is much appreciated.

Conner was fabulous. So hard working, and doubled his pace to to get the newly found issue fixed. (OMG we would have been without AC! The capacitor had blown last night. We just hadn't gotten hot enough yet to realize something was off. Great timing for a tune up! ) But he worked fast and got it fixed and a little more done so we would be set for the coming year. Impressed with his knowledge, he was super cool with my deluge of questions so I could understand the how, what and why of the issue, and super happy with his work AND ending price. Great trustworthy company!

We've been using Grande Air Solutions for a few years now, from a new ac, maintenance, and most recently to help direct the flow of air through the vents (which was at fault from the builders of the house) in the attic to reach the rooms properly. Daniel, Bryan, and Crystal have all done various tasks at my location, and it is always a pure pleasure to work with them. They are very knowledgeable and have all the patience in the world when explaining what needs to be done and how they will do it and answer any questions I may have. They always take pictures to show what they are talking about after inspection.

If you're looking for top-notch service, John is the person to go to! Highly recommend!

Had some work done to improve the air distribution to my master bedroom. John (the GM) was there every step of the way to make me confident their recommendation would fix the issue. The day of the install, Bryan and Eric showed up right on time, and got it all knocked out without issue. Everything went as well as you could hope and everyone involved with Grande was amazing to work with. I can’t recommend them enough for bigger services or the simple routine maintenance. I made the switch years ago after another company hadn’t been doing the work properly. I’ve had nothing but a perfect experience time and time again.

I had such a positive experience with the team at Grande Air. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of my home. They took the time to explain what was going on with my system, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident in the work being done.

Bryan and Connor were very polite and accommodating maneuvering around cats and dogs. They cleaned the vent screens which made me realize just how dirty they were. This is third time I’ve used Grande Air and they’ve done a great job each time. The staff that answers the phone are also very polite and professional.

I am only going to give Grande Air Solutions 5 stars because that is all that I can give. If allowed, I would definitely give more! I am very impressed with this business. They are very prompt and meticulous with their work. That being said, there was an issue that I was not completely satisfied with. I spoke with one of the owners and she immediately set out to solve the problem. Because it was late in the evening, the very next morning the owner himself came to my house to resolve the issue. A phone call is all it took. You definitely do not see that kind of service very often! To me, that shows reliability and trustworthiness. I will be using them again and I will also be recommending them to anyone who wants professional, quality service and workmanship. Anyone with AC problems or just needing routine maintenance give them a call. You definitely won't be sorry!
