Eli highly recommended in my neighborhood last year by several neighbors when my compressor went out when the temperature was running over 100°. He was able to repair it in less than two days at a better price.
I believe in yearly maintenance for furnace and AC and asked him at that time if he had that type of program which he did. The previous group that I had I felt was always trying to sell me something so I was happy to change even though Eli cost me a little bit more.
Eli was very detailed in his maintenance. He told me what he was doing and what he saw, and I felt comfortable that he was telling me the truth.

We contacted them initially when our old system began acting up in December. They provided competitive quotes for repairing and replacing the old system. We decided to replace, and they ordered a new, highly rated system for us. When the system arrived, we scheduled the installation. The crew arrived on time and completed the work flawlessly. We are completely satisfied.

Our AC unit suddenly went down, and the maintenance company we initially called tried to convince us that a full unit replacement—costing $30,000 to $40,000—was the only solution. Seeking a second opinion, we reached out to a few other companies, all of whom focused on the control board as the issue.

Thankfully, On Air HVAC came out for another assessment and quickly identified the real problem—a faulty connector. Do you know that feeling when someone uses technical jargon to explain how much the company you just contracted will charge you for its service? And, the more jargon they use, the less you understand, and the larger the bill, it seems to you, leaving you with a feeling of despair. Well, not with these guys. Eli explained in plain English what was wrong with my AC system and, most importantly, the different options I had to save money. He also explained the pros and cons of each option so that I could make an intelligent and cost-effective decision, and this was the best part because some contractors want you to do what they want without considering your budget and expectations. In addition to being courteous and very professional, Eli struck me as a hardworking, motivated, and honest contractor. I am new in town and glad that the first company I tried to get an appointment with was busy.
