I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Grande Air Solutions. Every time they come out, it feels like the focus is on charging more money rather than actually providing service.

I live in a brand-new house, yet I’ve never had an HVAC company try to upsell me on so many “broken” items the way this company has. Last year, I purchased their service/maintenance plan expecting routine care and peace of mind. This year, when the technician came out, the system wasn’t even cleaned.

I reported this issue over a month ago and was told someone would follow up, but I still haven’t received a callback or a scheduled visit for a technician to come back and actually perform the maintenance I already paid for.

Overall, poor communication, excessive upselling, and failure to deliver on promised services. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

We have trusted the team at Grande for years keeping our hvac systems going in the hot Texas summers. They have been great to work with, honest and trustworthy. This time it was finally time to replace one of our systems and the Grande team presented options for replacement, and financing options to fit our needs. The system was installed quickly and with no issues. We have AC again and just in time for the weather to change here in Texas. Highly recommend the Grande, its owner and team.

Simple fix, but diagnosed problem and fixed within an hour, this after receiving a 5K repair quote from another company earlier in the day. This shows me they are trustworthy and honest.

Eli and his team from On Air HVAC were outstanding! They swiftly identified and resolved a leak in my AC unit at a fair price, providing immediate relief. As a new homeowner, their efficiency and expertise were a welcome relief compared to my previous experience with Strandbrothers. It took four trips for Strandbrothers to diagnose the issue, with three incorrect attempts. Save yourself time and money; go straight to On Air HVAC. 10/10 recommend.

They were at my place within two hours of when I first contacted them. I was told by a fly-by-night contractor there was a leak in the evaporator coil and the entire unit needs to be redone. OnAir Hvac did a thorough inspection for an hour and said they could not find anything wrong. They were very professional, charged only a small service fee and left.

Eli was awesome and saved the day. Your AC NEVER goes out on a week day so I appreciated him coming after 5:00 on a Friday and being so quick in assessing the problem and getting us back up and running. Highly recommend!

My heater went out and I wasn't aware until I got home from work after 6pm. Eli was the only one who answered my call for emergency help because the weather was FREEZING. He came out to my house within 20 minutes of my call and diagnosed the problem, offered me a quote, and said he would be back to fix it the next day. AND HE DID!! He offered a very fair and affordable price for the repair and had my heater fixed in less than 24 hours!! I am so very happy with this company and so very grateful!

On Air is a trustworthy and honest company. I have a rental property and I called out another company to service the a/c. The other company had multiple bids ranging costs from $1000+ repairs to over $5500 for a whole new system. On Air came out to give a second opinion and found that the disconnect switch was off. That’s it… they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of work I didn’t need. They found the real problem and saved me time and a lot of money. I will definitely be calling them for all my HVAC needs in the future!
