Great service and response. I am almost always satisfied with their work. Angel is a great technician, not only does he get on his hands and knees to find and solve problems but he also provides great costumer service and great advice as well. Would give 5 stars but I do believe their prices are a bit too much sometimes.

The Alturistic team was great to work with from beginning to end!

I appreciated being able to speak with Melanie when I made my initial call versus having to leave a message. Melanie was easy to speak with and helped calm my rising panic (the heat was no longer working and winter storm Fern was staring us down). Juan came out the same day and after evaluating the unit inside and out, he thoroughly explained the situation, reviewed my options, and patiently answered my questions. The next morning, I confirmed my decision to move forward with a full replacement. They immediately ordered the equipment and had the unit replaced by mid-afternoon the next day. This was no small feat because a crane was needed for the exterior install (two story condo), and if the install did not happen on Thursday, it would have had to wait until the following week since it was going to rain on Friday and the winter storm was due to arrive on Saturday. This would have left my tenant without heat in the midst of 30° temperatures, so time was of the essence.

I cannot thank the Alturistic team enough for making this happen - thank you for answering the phone, for your calm demeanors, for your responsiveness to my follow-up questions, and for your overall professionalism. You all were referred to me, and with good reason :)

We have used Altruistic for a couple years now. They recently came out to preform a winter maintenance on our HVAC system. Ramon the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me and my husband through his findings (gave us great options for maintenance) and even made sure to change our air filters while he was here. We appreciate how Altruistic keeps our information and are able to remind us of what services we are due for. They are friendly and easy to schedule with. I had a great experience with this AC company from start to finish. The service was efficient, timely, and very professional, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I especially had the pleasure of meeting Michael, who was absolutely amazing. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process stress-free. Extra points for his sense of humor!! It made the appointment genuinely enjoyable. After setting up the unit in my apartment, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I truly understood how the system worked and how to operate it moving forward. I really appreciated how patient and attentive he was. Highly recommend this company, and especially Michael, to anyone looking for top-tier AC service!

I found Altruistic through Yelp, and they responded immediately through Yelp to our need for assistance with one totally stopped-up sink and an intermittently overflowing washer drain. I got an appt the same afternoon, and they were helpful in adjusting the time when the City shut off our water to make an emergency repair in the neighborhood. Cade came when they said he would. He was cheerful and skilled, and we're very happy to have well functioning drains again, in record time, all things considered. The company's communication system is excellent.

Had a really great experience with Altruistic as a company and with my techs on the day of install. They checked with me on my preferences for how I wanted things to look and they worked really hard and knew a lot! Great guys!!

I had a really old system from ‘97 that Altruistic had helped service over the years with the previous owners and now that it was time to upgrade they made me feel really taken care of.

They made sure I knew how to use the upgraded thermostat before leaving and were even able to help me with a plumbing need I had and even set up an appointment for me for more plumbing help next week.

I am really pleased after my experience with Altruistic AC today servicing my air conditioner. Ramon did an excellent job explaining the inspection he did and the recommendations he offered. He immediately made me feel comfortable and his knowledge of my unit with explanations built my trust in his advice. He was thorough and very friendly with no pressure to make a decision today. These guys are a no-nonsense, no BS, sort of group. They are honest with you and dont try to overcharge you. definitely recommend.

I called to ask what is the most cost efficient was to heat my house in the winter and the person who answered the phone hung up on me.

I texted Clark Service at 8am on a Sunday. By 9am our ac was fixed. Great service and price.

David had great response time. It took him 30minutes from the time I called him and getting my AC unit fixed on a Sunday afternoon without after hour charged.

We needed an emergency repair and they were a true lifesaver. The technician was on site quickly and fixed the problem right away.

Clark Service Company replaced the entire heating and A/C system August 2019. Brand new system. The main bedroom and bathroom didn't cool as the rest of the house and they came out and said the system needs baffles which would cost an additional $800. The bathroom could be used as an oven. The before system was old and did cool the entire house all the same, then, with the replacement it magically needed baffles to get air flow into the main bed/bathroom. Clark Service Co./David never fixed this issue. He said just run the temp down to get cool air in there.
Getting into the late fall and the heater did not work. They said they forgot to turn on the gas. Getting into spring the A/C didn't work. They came out and David was clearly bothered by having to come out again. He was in the attic and my daughter and me were in the garage painting and heard him say on the phone "we installed this thing wrong". He came down and got some patching material and patched the brand new system. On July 5th the A/C was not cooling yet again. They came out and David was really upset, was rude and completely ignored my daughter walking by her several times. He said there was a leak on the outside unit so they added coolant then got in their truck and drove off without saying a word. So they, per David Clark installed the system wrong, patched it and said on July 6 it has a leak. Didn't fix the leak just added coolant. This is the craziest thing and so minor but for this guy its right on par. They didn't even put a filter in the intake/vent in the house!!! They even charged $125 for the last visit covering up their mistakes. Less than a year old system and they Will Not stand by their work. Just a major B/Ser .
Please use someone else you don't want to deal with this guy and his company. Thank you for reading.

I have used multiple heating and a/c companies and no one has ever provided the service that David and his crew do. He's always available to take my call/text. He responds quickly, and he also comes out quickly to do the repairs. He will always be my go to!

Needed some last minute help to diagnose and fix my busted AC compressor in the middle of the Texas summer after an appointment with another contractor was cancelled due to staffing issues. Clark Services came by within a few hours and discovered it was just a tripped breaker. Quick service and I wasn't charged for the service, would recommend.

We had some extensive work done to our A/C unit, it needed a chemical bath and UV light installed to fight mold. Got a recent maintenance check included with yearly membership and everything is working and there is no signs of mold! they did a great job.

Brian, as always is very personable, very detail oriented and always provided a great service with recommendations and the best job results. Greatly appreciated his knowledge and personality!
