Krystal was a pleasure to work with. She was able to identify the problems and come up with a solution swiftly. As cold as it is here in Texas she wanted to make sure she could get the heater back on as soon as possible. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and we would love for her to perform any work for us in the future should we require it. Grande Air solutions did not let me down.

Contacted Grande Air Solutions for an AC check before the summer heat hits and they responded within 24 hours to schedule my appointment. Bryan Candia was my tech who reached out prior to the appointment to give me an ETA for my service and upon his arrival, Bryan was very prompt, professional and courteous, as well as, explained everything he planned to do. After completing his planned maintenance, he gave me a recommended list to consider (only a few items) and told me about their membership plan. I was very impressed with Bryan and how well he took care of our AC and the service he provided. Jaime was the technician that came out to do our AC maintenance. Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful with explaining what was going on with the AC unit in terms a layperson could understand. Quality company through and through. They definitely value their customers. We will certainly be using Grande Air Solutions in the future.

We had mold found in our air ducts by another company and struggled to get clear advice on what work we needed done to remedy it. Krystal was 10/10 amazing from start to finish - super thorough when she came to inspect everything and give us a quote. We ended up deciding to replace 2 HVACs and clean our air ducts, which they were able to schedule for the following day. The two technicians worked into the night to get everything installed, and Krystal even came to our house on a Saturday evening to answer questions the technicians had and make sure they completed the scope of work. It’s never fun to have to make huge repairs like this, but Grande made us feel really comfortable and taken care of during the whole process!

Working with John Gonzales with our new hvac unit was a pleasure! No pressure sales and had several options presented to us. We were so happy with our unit we came and bought our second unit. Thanks John, you have a customer for life !

Connor and his trainee Brian were amazing. Performed a 10 hour job on out system. Connor worked tirelessly to complete the job and approached his work as a perfectionist. Connor is extremely knowledgeable about the business and gave us confidence our system would be properly installed.

I called Grande Air Solutions in a pinch, my pop up AC unit started leaking all over my floor in my office. I wanted to get a mini-split installed to replace it so I started calling around to local AC installers/repair places, the vast majority of them wanted to charge me 5k-8k on the install! When I called Grande up, they had Alex out within the hour to quote me a very responsible price, much much lower then anyone else but inline with what I was expecting. The very next day the installers showed up and start the work. Let me say, I expect a LOT out of installers who are inside my house and they did not disappoint. Everything that could get dirty was covered, floor protected and wearing PPE (covid era). They did a great job explaining things along the way for me, they put in a long day and didn't leave here until the job was 100%, I couldn't have been happier with the service and response. I will be an advocate of Grande Air to anyone I meet needed AC service in the Austin Area.

Unfortunately my AC went out, but the people from Grande Air Solutions did a fantastic job fixing it. I took them less than one hour to get to my location after I call them. The person that I spoke with was Isael, he gave me a couple of option and quoted me a very fair price. I would say they took care of the problem in less than 45 mins, and even sent pictures and video since I had to go back to my job. I definitely recommend them.

I have used Grande Air Solutions for years for maintenance and repair. They are always friendly, thorough & informative as they help me understand any problems I may have. Just this week I needed my A/C units replaced. Jose and another employee were there in the heat for more than a days work to ensure my kids & animals didn’t have to go without A/C. They went above and beyond to help! They worked efficiently and were very friendly. I highly recommend them! Izzy and his wife are amazing too!

We had Krystal (I’m unsure if I’m spelling her name wrong) come and service our apartment not to long ago. She was absolutely AMAZING!!
